Resumo: Our organization is situated in the building in centre of the city. There are very good equipped classrooms, concert hall and several playgrounds. In the organization volunteers can use computers and Internet in the computer classes. Also we have very good library where volunteer can find materials for organizing leisure time for students both in Russian and English languages.

The organization has own canteen where volunteers can have a lunch and some breaks. The working day of the volunteer is 6 hours a day 5 days a week. Our students study in different time and volunteer can work with them in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening during their leisure time. In our the organization we have specialists who are responsible for organizing free-time activities for our students. They will support volunteer in her/his activity. We also provide volunteers with vacation during the project. Optionally we are ready to take our volunteers together with children during their trips across Russia. We are going to work with strong support of our contact point for EVS outside the organisation. They have representative in our region and we hope on strong cooperation with them in EVS field to make our first EVS experience successful. The coordinating organization will help us to coordinate the project from the beginning till the end and support volunteers in any kind of questions, connected to EVS. The office of the coordinating organization branch is situated in the centre of the city and accessible for volunteers during working days.

Perfil: Volunteers are selected through the selection process for participation on the project. The selection process involved a written CV, Motivation letter and possibly a Skype interview. All the applications will be forward to us from coordinating organization. Person who decides for EVS has to understand that s/he is coming into new environment. It would be nice if the volunteer will be strong motivated in making social service in Russia. Our organization works with different programmes, has different students` unions so we want someone who is willing to work on different fields. If the volunteer is youngster with less possibilities, s/he can make a pre-visit in our organization. Concrete criteria for selection process:
- motivation to work with children and teenagers;
- communication skills;
- readiness to work hard, because it is not so easy to work in the different conditions, with international team and in the other language;
- readiness to learn Russian and to communicate in Russian;
- readiness to promote culture;
- strong motivation to do voluntary service and learn a lot from the project;
- some creative skills.
- age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: Volunteer will get knowledge and skills of work with different ages of children and teenagers from 7 till 17 years old. During the project the volunteers will practice Russian language, public presentation skills, project management, individual consulting and work in a team. Also volunteers will develop their creativity because they will work with very talented children and youth. Volunteers will learn how one of the best schools works and can take this experience for the future work. Also volunteers will learn a lot from the staff of the organization: how to organize children and teenagers groups during their leisure time, how to lead them, how to create interesting tasks, how to help students to run their social and creative projects from the idea till the result. Volunteers will get opportunity to travel around the city, the region and Russia together with children. They will see different places and can know about Russian life very deeply and break some stereotypes about our country. Besides volunteers will learn how to be independent in their own lives, how to manage themselves and live alone (without their families in another country).

The primary activities of the volunteers will take place in formats of non-formal, not school education:
- volunteer activities will be implemented separately from educational school system and will not be included in it,
- all activities will be run by non-formal methods (workshops, discussions, games),
- all activities will be run during students free-time.

The primary activities of the volunteers are:
- preparation and realization of non-formal educational activities for children and teenagers like workshops, master-classes: the content of such non-formal educational activities will depend on volunteer skills and interests (work with school newspaper, theatre club, discussion club, language club, comedy club); volunteer activities will be supported by working coordinators and staff who is responsible for organizing free-time activities for our students;
- participation in the social actions and creative non-formal events held by employers of the school;
- the volunteers will have the opportunity to create own group of students (patrol), which will be directed on cultural, social and creative development of students;
- volunteer will be invited to help students in different activities in the organization museum and the organization newspaper;
- volunteer will have possibility to organize leisure time, workshops, and game process for students of the organization during their after-lessons time;
- volunteers will be asked to help active students groups (Students Council and Students Scientific Community) in organization of different kinds of events, such as organizing conferences, concerts, festivals.

It is a little bit difficult to say about weekly working plan for volunteer because work will be typical and schedule for Monday will be sometimes absolutely the same as schedule for Wednesday but sometimes not. That is why we will introduce here typical working day. Typical working day of volunteer will consist of 3 parts:
1. Preparation (making presentation, preparation for work with different students` unions such as newspaper club, Students Council, Students Scientific Community, theatre club, discussion club, language club, comedy club). During the first month of Service volunteer will have opportunity to see and know how each union works and than choose with what group she/he wants work more.
2. Implementation (practical work with concrete student union). Volunteer together with work coordinator will create schedule for every week. Sometimes volunteer will manage preparation or practical work in the morning hours (from 10 a.m. till 12 a.m.) sometimes in the afternoon (from 3 p.m. till 5 p.m.). Our students study in different shifts so it will be very easy to do it.
3. Daily evaluation. Volunteer together with work coordinator will evaluate every day and discuss such questions as: What did you like today in your work? What results did you achieve? What you can improve? Did you have enough support form coordinators? If not in what kind of help / support do you need? We think that this kind of evaluation will be very helpful both for volunteers and for us and especially during fist weeks of the project.

In week plan for volunteer we will obligatory include such activities as: Russian language classes (2 times per week). Classes will be organized by coordinating organization staff and will be implemented in coordinating organization office . It is situated closed from our the organization(10 minutes by public bus). Weekly meeting with coordinator form Contact point for EVS outside the organisation to discuss all practical EVS questions.
