We will organize recruitment process together with the movement (our contact point for EVS outside the organization). Each volunteer have opportunity to see our project ideas in the EVS database and apply. We trust the movement to receive application forms and motivation letters from our potential volunteers and resend it to us. We plan to make Skype interview with our volunteers and ask them some questions according to volunteer profile and after that to choose them for participation in our project. We hope that Sending organization with whom we will work will be experienced in EVS field that allow us to make everything correctly during our first project as the host organization. We hope that Sending organization also will meet with our potential volunteers and ask them about motivation to take part in our project.

Tarefas: We can offer volunteers to try themselves first in different types of social work and second – with all target groups we regularly work with. We suppose that during the fist month of Service the volunteer will be involved in 1 or 2 of 4 our lines of activity:
- preventing anti-social phenomena among young people, promoting healthy lifestyles;
- the development of voluntary initiatives, the inclusion of the social practices;
- providing conditions for the development of physical culture and sports: organization sport and recreational activities for children, youth and families;
- providing conditions for personal development, organizing leisure time activities.

We want to allow the volunteer to see our social work in a system. And then volunteer should define what kind of our activity is more interesting for him/her. After that working coordinator together with volunteer will make working plan for rest months of the Service. Before volunteers coming we will organize special meeting with our staff and representative of our contact point organization to discuss important questions regarding the project to make common understanding of the EVS programme and our project details: Youth in action programme and Action 2, EVS philosophy and EVS Charter, Learning opportunities for EVS volunteer, Tasks for EVS volunteers, Support system for EVS volunteer, Volunteers tasks, Risk prevention.

We think that during the project our EVS volunteer will be able to learn following things according work and life in general:
- first of all volunteer will have opportunity to learn the system of social work in Russian organization: types of social work, peculiarities of social work with different ages, activities.
- volunteer will get knowledge and skills of work with different target groups: during the service volunteer will learn how to motivate and organize them, how to implement events for them.
- volunteer will gain skills how to make good and interesting presentations about her/himself, about her/his country and about voluntary movement.
- volunteer will learn how to manage her/himself in new conditions: transport system, shops, working and living conditions.
- volunteer will learn some Russian language.
- volunteer will learn how to make good relationship in new conditions (our organization, host family, mentor).
- volunteer will learn how live with limited budget and manage it.

The system of our social work we want to offer for volunteer is represented below.
* Preventing anti-social phenomena among young people, promoting healthy lifestyles:
children, teenagers - Monitoring (questionnaires). The organization of the volunteer team to promote healthy lifestyles. Preparation and publication of posters, calendars.
youth – Conduct trainings and preventive events
families – Communication with the children hospital, educational work on the formation of responsible parenthood (making booklets, leaflets)
* The development of voluntary initiatives, the inclusion of the social practices:
children, teenagers - Work with children voluntary team
youth – Work with youth voluntary team
families - Organization and implementation of charity events
* Providing conditions for the development of physical culture and sport: organization sports and recreational activities for children, youth and families:
children, teenagers - Organization sport and recreational activities for children and teenagers
youth – Organization sport and recreational activities for youth
families - Organization family sports events
* Providing conditions for personal development, organizing leisure time activities:
children, teenagers - Work with associations of interest for children and teenagers youth and families
youth – Work with associations of interest for youth
families - Work with associations of interest for families
* Organizing family parties and events

We think that volunteer will play 3 roles:
1. helper and supporter for our permanent staff in organization and implementation of social events;
2. initiator of own social projects and events in our Center. Volunteer can offer new activities according to her/his interests and abilities (for example: own master-class for children, teenagers or youth, linguistic workshop, literature club, sport club, art workshop). We think that through this activity volunteer will learn how to manage of his/her self and keep own motivation to implement own project from the idea to the result, common rules and principals how to organize children, teenagers and youth. In case volunteer will want to organize own project we are ready to help with human and technical resources for it: rooms, volunteers, office supplies, personal support and consultations. If volunteer does not generate new ideas and he or she is more executor than initiator we will just involve him or her to our planned activities.
3. representative of European country. We suppose that volunteer will make presentations about her/his country and also will organize meeting with youth to tell them about opportunity of non-formal learning through European Voluntary Service. During this activity volunteer will learn how to organize and implement presentations and also gain some skills of public speech.

We hope that our future volunteer will have a chance to choose more interesting tasks in our Center among wild range of our activity. And we hope it will not allow him/her to be bored during the project. Now it is very difficult for as to plan working week for volunteer because we do not know what line of our activity volunteer will choose but we know exactly what activities will be included in the working weekly plan for volunteer:
- planning of week activity together with work coordinator.
- weekly feedback and evaluation of work and learning process together with work coordinator and EVS coordinator.
- meeting with EVS coordinator.
- Russian language lessons (2 times per week).
- preparation time for implementation of our lines of activivies (1 or 2).
- practical implementation of our lines of activities (1 or 2).
- implementation of own project by volunteer.

We suppose that volunteer will work from 10.00 till 17.00 including the lunch break from Monday till Friday. But sometimes we will invite volunteer to take part in our evening or weekends events organized for local families and after that volunteer can take the day off during next working week. We also will provide volunteer with a vacation (2 days per month). Volunteer can collect all days and take its together and travel across Russia to learn it more deeply. Also we think that we will be able to organize short-term EVS projects for individuals and groups. Very often we implement social camps for children and youth, festivals where we can host short-term EVS volunteers. EVS volunteers can create international aspects during this events and to create opportunities for our local children and youth to communicate with foreigners, learn different countries and cultures, to lean new things about volunteering. On the other hand volunteers will learn a lot about social projects in Russia and get knowledge about Russia and Russian culture. During the short-term projects volunteers can help with technical tasks, organize own workshops and to be a part of the common programme.
