Resumo: This projects stands for the development of professional education system in Georgia for disadvantaged and handicapped young people. Target groups are young people from children’s homes, IDP families and other milieus with large social disadvantages, as well as handicapped young people. With enhanced model of study and supporting activities- our goal is to help these young people to escape from poverty, develop good prospects for long-term, attractive employment and thus be able to integrate into society.

Objective of the given professional education course is based on the advanced dual education system. Under this model trainees will obtain integrated theoretical education, vocational in-company training and socio-educational support (social pedagogic). The division of the tasks is organized as follows:
1. Theoretical education in a vocational school (with diploma / certificate)
2. Vocational, in-company training (according to the dual education system)
3. Comprehensive socio-educational support by the Association

Perfil: From this project implementation, our goals is to integrate these young people into the society and give them feeling of the equal opportunity. Therefore volunteers for this project will be selected depended on their experience working with such young people.
Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: Main tasks of the volunteers will be:
- Interaction with these young children and presentation of different subjects on European awareness
- Giving the language course, the volunteers are speaking on
- Assisting social-worker (social worker) and working with her on different topics, such as team building, crisis management, time management, preparation of sport events, trips and etc.
