Resumo: The host organization promotes the values of a democratic society using audio and video means. The organization has more than 17 years of experience in promotion and communication.

Composed of graduates from the Academy of Theatre and Film from Romania and other European Institutions, the organization team takes active part in the mass media and cinema life of Moldova, offering a new and original expression of social events.
The organization was created in 1995. At first, the studio was a laboratory where young TV producers and filmmakers had the possibility to develop their skills in the field of audio and video technologies. In time, the activities of the studio ceased to be limited to instructive projects for young producers and thus, a new professional environment was established, aiming at creating high quality TV production. The need to carry forward this effort became the basis on which the permanent Studio’s team was created. The organization has produced documentaries, TV programs; video and audio advertising (social and commercial), music videos, aired on local and national TV stations. Our productions have participated and have been awarded in European film festivals.

Our goals are discovering and using new audio and visual technologies, entering the international markets as an independent entity of video productions, creating TV and creative productions of highest quality, promoting the local productions abroad, promoting the cinematography in Moldova and instructing young people, children and professionals on TV and cinema production.

Most of our projects combine the production with educative aspects, mainly based on the respect for human rights. We have proved experience in organizing and implementing social campaigns, cultural and promotional events, and extensive experience in working with national and international partners.
Our development strategy includes three main directions: concept, production and education.

Perfil: We are a cultural NGO specialized in video production and cultural events. Our activities have a main cultural thread. Yet, we are interested in cross-sectoral projects. Depending on the event, we would like to host volunteers interested in culture and cinema field even if they have no previous experience.

Tarefas: Our Studio has a variety of projects to coordinate through the year. According to the time of arrival of volunteer, he/she will be involved into the current on-going project. Besides that there is a certain list of tasks that volunteer can do regardless time and current project flow. Long term volunteers The general ongoing activities are: - Being part of the creative team of the organization: will participate in social videos and creative documentaries production. Volunteers will participate in the video productions, starting with the concept and continuing with the shootings. They will assist the film team and may also participate as actors in our video productions. - Writing and producing cultural projects / cinema trainings: volunteer will search for possible grant programs within the audio-visual production field, will write and develop projects and apply for granting of the developed projects. - Te volunteers will assist in seminars and trainings organized by the organization in the field of audio-visual production both on national and international levels. - Being part of a press bureau during the Film Festival, organized by the organization every year in spring. Volunteer will be part of the organizational team and will work on the concept development, will assist in logistics and video production, will take interviews from the participants at the festival, will write articles and will take photos of the event. - Being part of the organizational team: Volunteer will assist in film screenings, what includes assisting in logistics, organization of film screening, helping with equipment, etc.
