Resumo: The host organization is located 50 kilometers to northwest from the capital and it’s easily reached by bus. The region is mostly rural.

It is a culturally active town. Arts and sports are well represented in the region. The village is home of many artists and quite a many of them work in the same building. Also folk college and open university are active in the region. The village of Vihti provide all necessary services: health care, pharmacy, post-office, bank, supermarkets, library, movie-theatre & cafes.

Perfil: Interest in creative arts&crafts work. Motivation to work with people with special needs.
Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The volunteer helps disabled people in their daily activities at the organization arts&crafts workshop and at the home for disabled people. The work includes both artistic work and practical personal assisting (for example with eating and daily hygiene). The voluntary workplace is located in a small town.

Condições: Volunteers live in an apartment.
