Resumo: The project takes place in the framework of both the organization and the Pilot Programme Strategic Partnership for Local Active Partnership that is run jointly with 20 City halls, 20 coordinating schools county.

The project is to gather up to 10 volunteers from different countries - for a period of 9 months, starting with November 1st 2013, until 31st of July 2014, to spend a rather challenging self discovery, build up and help the others experience, in one of the 5 counties in the region.

The project aims both towards social and personal grow of volunteers along with organizational and community sustainable development by bringing added value to existing activities and implementing new ones which stimulate the intercultural learning process, encourage active participation of youngsters, especially those with fewer opportunities and strengthen the international partnership.

This opportunity to meet the other volunteers will insure an easier and better cultural, organizational and even community accommodation of the new volunteers as long as they will have some time to take over the current activities/initiatives.
The volunteers are to be hosted as following: in Novaci in the High School dormitory, with a hosting family, with a hosting family, with a hosting family. will be hosted two volunteers and in Crasna and Novaci will be placed three volunteers.

Perfil: . Age: 18 – 30 years

Tarefas: The volunteers’ tasks will be diverse and focused both on social and personal development of the volunteers as well as the community development.

The role of the volunteers will be that of attending all the meetings, trainings and scheduled activities, dedicate their time according to the recommended hours in assisting in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of various activities:
- Attend all preparation, evaluation, planning and thematic trainings (On Arrival)
- Attend all language classes, participate in the class, learn and prepare accordingly.
- Prepare themselves for each meeting with the requested materials (for example: filling on time the monthly evaluation forms)
- Assist the facilitator and contribute activly in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of non formal education activities
- Work with the youngsters; propose activities, discussion topics, share opinions, cultural and traditional customs, etc.
- Openly communicate with the counterpart, the facilitator, his/her peer volunteers and the EVS coordinator
- Be responsible and meet one’s tasks accordingly.

Horário: 6 – 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, two consecutive days off per week and 2 days holiday per month for the duration of the project.
