Resumo: ATFPDR was formed in 2009, by teachers with desire to militate for social inclusion of the marginalized young people, especially of people coming from rural area
Starting young people desire to be more active and to have the experience of international cooperation, we are thinking to implement an EVS stage. The main target group will be formed by people with fewer opportunities (coming from ethnic minorities, reduced financial possibilities, young people coming from rural area or coming from single parent families). Implementing an EVS project will be a good opportunity for youth belonging to the mention categories, to have contact with other cultures, to learn new things, change attitudes and in same time to share their values, traditions.
Involving youth with fewer opportunities in EVS projects, it is a good chance for them to gain new abilities and skills: new competences in communication, especially in foreign languages, interpersonal and civic competences.

- age between 18 – 30 years
- adaptability to an multicultural working environment
- desire to work outdoor and promote ecological and environmental education
