Resumo: The hosting organization is situated in northern Slovakia mountain tourist and ski region. It is a small town, with Winter and Summer sports and hiking opportunities in the mountains or lakes.


The organization supports children and young peole through providing non-formal education and volunteer help to homeless people, Roma community and other young peole facing many challenges. We cooperate with local schools and community centres to enrich their activities and raise their potential.
National office coorditates development of Youth leaders, Media education and Outdoor survival camps.

Perfil: Volunteer have to be: between 18 and 30 years old, able to work independently but also as part of team, able to cope with living in new culture, open minded to work in challenging environment.

Tarefas: 1 - Be a friend, help with homeworks, games, sports to children and young people (4-15) at the Roma drop-in centre. Help to keep the centre nice, home athmosphere.
2 - Assist in local schools, bring the non-formal learning experience to students according to own intersts and schools needs (languages, sports, arts/crafts,...)
3-Own initiative: still not tired enough after all those activities with kids and students,? Why not to get creative in your own field of expertise? Your own initiative can enrich the existing activities, help to share your culture and benefit local community.
4 - Other organization activities held in the area like children Summer and Winter camps, outdoor sports, help with activities on national level (video & web, promo of volunteering,..)
