Resumo: The hosting organization is located in one of the largest citties in the wales, and sits on the five-mile sweep of the Bay. An ideal base for exploring south-west Wales, there's also much on offer for visitors in the town itself. The golden sandy beaches are a very popular surfing destination.

The town's well known for its vibrant nightlife, with a wide range of clubs, bars and restaurants to suit every age and taste. We have over 90 places to eat and drink, including family-friendly eatieries, bistro restaurants and modern cafe-bars. The Wind Street area is a modern café quarter by day, and by night, is the liveliest street in the city!

Volunteers will be expected to 30 hours each week. The majority of that time would be spent based in our city centre one-stop shop, a short walk from where volunteers would be living. We would also seek to provide them with the opportunity to work with some of our local youth centres. Work may involve working some evening work.

Perfil: Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The hosting organization advice and support service for young people. They are part of the council’s Young People’s Services and offer a range of services and support though their city centre one-stop shop, work in local schools and youth projects, and through their work using digital media. Volunteers would be part of the team, providing information, advice and support to young people aged 11 – 25. This will include supporting the development of young peoples International Volunteering Group to promote international activities to the young people in the area as well as ensuring young people have access to advice and services that they may require.
