Resumo: These lands which were dominated by the kingdoms. The cultural and artistic activities in the province such as concerts, festivals, art exhibitions, theater, folk dance, and folklore studies are mostly supported by the Governorship, municipality and universities and the intensive public participation to these events is seen. Also in order to let the local handcrafts live and improve them, the institutions and the public work effectively. The province has a population of 356 thousand and the population of the Central District is 90 thousand. In the city where friendly and hospitable people live, people give importance on education.

Mostly,families generally with two children devote financial resources in order to let their children be educated at universities.

Perfil: Volunteers who adopted the common European citizenship, established good communication with children and the young ; who are patient, loving, honest, hardworking, and feel respect to differences; who have no criminal record, active, curious about different cultures and lives; who love teamwork; who are willing to participate in activities; who are innovative, neutral, genuine, reliable and analytic at work; who give importance on efficiency, environment and cultural values; who feel social responsibility; who are interested in youth policies create our profile of volunteers.Motivation letters of the volunteers, their CVs and the interviews via phone calls and e-mails will be effective on the process of selection.
Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: We will teach the volunteers the properties of Turkish culture in the city by letting them keep their social relationships in the city life. By way of the excursions we will organize,we will introduce the volunteers the history and natural beauties of the province, in order to let them understand food culture’s socio- economic and environmental background we will organize local food preparation activities under the supervision of cooks and the participation of the volunteers. By the nature walks and camps which will be held, we will do studies on environmental sustainability.Also by doing studies on Turkish language, by organizing activities on folk dances and traditional crafts, we will help volunteers recognize theTurkish culture. Our organization aims to create a common perception and to organize activities for the children and the young to tell EU's common values and understanding of the EU common citizenship with the help of volunteers. For this, we aim at giving priority to the children and to the young who can not attend activities due to their physical obstacles and to those who feel themselves sidelined because of this, to those children and the young who think there is othering as they have difficulty in dealing with the difficulties of living in cities after migrating from rural areas, to the children and the young who are refugees, to the youth who are out of education and employment , to offer new perspectives to those who stay at the dormitories of Provincial Directorate of Social Services, and also to the youth who are not disadvantaged, to discuss youth policies with the broad-minded youth who want to contribute to 2023 vision of Turkey , so as to make a contribution to this duration by creating public opinion in our city and to organize meetings on this issue, to exchange views to visit by visiting public and private organizations,non-governmental organizations, to arrange publicity days on EU, to perform comparative cultural activities, to prepare programs on participation in social life which will provide a joint humanitarian point of view to the disabled.We will practice on several areas with the disadvantaged and refugee children given the priority consideration, to those who receive training at primary schools up to university level in the city, we will inform them about the values of EU and its common citizenship understanding, social responsibility awareness, fighting against discrimination and racism,having the positive approach to women and children, human rights and freedoms, democracy development, protection of environment, natural and cultural heritage by playing playing games with children, by way of drawing pictures, by organizing workshops on drawing and music , by media, hiking and camping activities, by excursions into the history and culture, by organizing film and photography days , using posters and brochures and by continuing the studies in these fields via career days.
