Resumo: - producing street art and graffiti in urban spaces;
- promotion of the project, EVS and YiA programme through street actions, flyering, media participation, etc.


The moto “Memory Architecture” is chosen to let youngsters from different countries share their vision of the parallels between architecture and individual/group social memory. However, it can be interpreted widely and freely in the art projects.

Perfil: The project invites young street artists – aged 18 – 30 - from different counties, mainly graffiti makers, to come to Bulgaria for 1 month, in September 2014, and take part in a great festival of arts as volunteers and artists. They will take part in several big actions for transforming open urban spaces with graffiti and art installations. The theme for their art works will be “Memory Architecture”.

Tarefas: During their one month stay, the youngster will implement tasks, connected to promoting the EVS programme (European Voluntary Service), which is a part of the Youth In Action programme, such as handing out flyers, taking part in interactive informative campaigns in the streets, meetings with the local youth, media participation;

Documentação: To be taken as volunteers in this project, the youngsters must send us CVs, mot. Letter and portfolio – examples of their graffiti / street art works. Our Bulgarian artistic coordinators of the project, who are also very talented and experienced graffiti artists, will make the selection and contact the volunteers, after the approval of the project.
