Resumo: The action presented is to host 4 young european volunteers at the same time in 4 different places:
- 1 volunteer in the network,
- 2 volunteers in affiliated Youth and Cultural centres,
- 1 volunteer in a partner organization ( AACD).

The organization helps its affiliated associations, as well as its staff, to set up their projects, particularly for the children and the young people. It also brings actions on sustained development and environment.

The Youth and Cultural centre organizes activities in the commune and offers about thirty activities, either sporty or cultural, for childen, teenagers and adults. I It also brings actions on sustained development and environment.
The Youth and Cultural centre from Duclair proposes activities for the children, in and out of the leisure centre. It also offers workshops for Adutls. It organizes, every year, cultural events regarding solidarity,, music, painting and sculpture.The Youth and Cultural centre from Duclair has also an insertion Team for adults facing difficulties and an associative driving school.
The AACD gathers 19 communes located in the country and organizes, during each holidays period, a leisure centre for the children from 4 to 12 years old. It also conducts actions with the families and intervene in the school education of teenagers. The AACD proposes also to help the youngsters to create their own firm.

The selected area is the city as a central place + 2 villages located 20 kilometres around.
The volunteers live the city with 8000 inhabitants, which offers all services (administrative and health services) and leisure (cinema, restaurants, cultural centers…).
A train joins Paris to Le Havre (1h1/2 from Paris and less than 30 mn from Le Havre and Rouen), several bus lines (one goes to the see) and also the freeway. It is a tourist area which offers many possibilities.
The “Country of Caux” is a rural and enclosed country distinguished by small villages. The young people living here are not moving a lot, that is the reason why it is difficult for them to go on with studies or to integrate a job.
Many of the inhabitants are working in the local firms, but less and less of them are working for farming (note that the linseed cultivation is still made).
The “Country of Caux” is an attractive area concerning tourism and is located in the middle of a rural country, not far from the seaside and from large towns as Rouen and Le Havre.
It’s a country with a young population and, due to this fact; many schools (for instance, 4 secondary schools in the area where will act the volunteers). It is also full of different associations that could be their partners for this action.
So, the activities of the volunteers will be guided on several places of this country, according to the possible transports.

Perfil:
The aim of this project is a collective hosting of 4 EVS youngsters. It seems interesting that this group be really composed by young people with different cultures and nationalities, coming from the 4 corners of Europe.
We’ll also prioritize the co-education girls-boys and will take care to avoid that the age between the youngsters be too important.
The youngsters will have to be interested in arts and culture. A capability regarding a cultural subject would be a plus (for instance, a youngster who plays theater or masters video tools).

Tarefas: Every volunteer will be followed individually in his organization. The organization will look after the good coordination between these organizations and will also make sure that the volunteers are in good conditions outside these associations.

Our organization will give hours of french lessons to the volunteers, in accordance with the needs of everyone and could organize internal joint exchange days in order to speak with the volunteers of their concerns (in and out of the organization).
The associations will also do its best to find, for the volunteers, help for transportation to allow them to move, particularly during the week-ends ( Country railways cards,Country bus cards, etc …) They could benefit of the meals proposed by the organizations (for example, the meals served during the school leasure centres).
The 4 volunteers will work in their own hosting organization 4 days / 5.
According to the the hosting place, each volunteer will be involved in the life of the structure, within the framework of the proposed activities :
- At the Youth and Cultural centre from the city: Workshops animation regarding the environment with the children, organization of exposures with the schools concerning the substaned development , training for the preparation of exhibitions (circus, music, dance),
- At the Youth and Cultural centre from Duclair : Help for preparation of cultural events like the week of the international solidarity, the music festival, painting and scupture festivals called “au fil de l’art”.
- At the AACD : Animations with the children during the leisure centres, thematic evenings with the families,
- At the organization:
- Follow-up of the common project of show
- videos and photos reports concerning the collective voluntary service
- Presentation in front of the different organizations of youngsters from 12 to 17 years old
- Sharing his/her experience, culture, motivation, feelings in the different youth and cultural centers and leisure centers of the region

The 4 volunteers will prepare a presentation of their country and of their experience that they will propose to different target groups. These shows will be an occasion to share regarding the European mobility and to tempt other young people to try the adventure.

These presentations could also be proposed during the leisure centres, the association workshops or the young people reception centres. Thematic evenings and exhibitions could be organized too for the members of the structures and, even, for everybody.

It will be possible, for each volunteer, to propose one or several animations (chosen by him) in accordance with the structure.
For this matter, a moment will be given to him and the structure will be kept at its disposal for any requirement.

A day per week, the volunteers will meet in order to work together on a common project that will take place at the end of the year. It could be a show, an exhibition, a video etc... This will be defined by the volunteer themselves. The coordinator will help the volunteers to lead this project by bringing them a methodology. The volunteer hosted by the organization could be in charge of the communication concerning this project (to produce communication tools for instance).

During this training, the volunteers will learn to :

- Create and set up a common project,
- Take in account the cultural differences of every one,
- Meet the local people,
- Show creativity and dynamism,
- Develop some skills (multimedia for instance)
