Resumo: The Association developed projects both in the main teritorial area in which it has its headquarter, but also in other local communities, in rural and urban areas, from communities with tousands of inhabitans to cities of hundreds of tounsands of inhabitants. Throughout the experiences achieved, there have been noticed a higher necessity of developing voluntary activities mainly in rural areas or in smaller areas as in small communes and/or villages specifically because of the lask of extra-curricural activities for youngsters and other ways of spending their free time. Thus, our intention is also to enlarge as much as possible the environment in which the EVS projects are being developed, and try to include on the list also local communities where such type of voluntary projects have never been implemented. The Association has either the potential of developing its own infrastructure and capacity in other countries and regions from Romania, or to attact potential partners with other organizations, institutions, local public authorities, economical agents etc. We have been developing until this moment activities in different environments from the point of view of the background of their inhabitants, from actual cultural local communities, religious, geographical isolated communities, social and economically disadvantaged areas etc. According to each project and activities as well as the local characteristics of each environment in which the EVS volunteers will be placed, the Association will take into consideration the preparation of both local teams and EVS volunteers for the future voluntary stages.

Also, taking into consideration our wish to promote European Voluntary Service (EVS) as well as other opportunities for youngsters, a specific attention will be shown also to other regions/countries from Romania.

The activities that will be proposed within future projects will take into consideration both the real needs of the local communities in which the projects will be developed as well as the expectations of the EVS volunteers. The proposed future activities also will be adapted to the local realities, if needed, according to the specific of each local community in which the volunteers will be placed. The main point here will be the involvement of the EVS volunteers in each action in the local community in order to stimulate the active participation of its members as well as to assure the development of the community by informing and promoting activities in the sphere of non-formal education, another way for young people to develop their personal competences and abilities.

Perfil: They are not recquired specific skills, competences or abilities, if their direct future involvement will not ask for.

Tarefas: " Attend and organize public presentations, workshops, meetings, events, seminars in schools, centers, other institutions
" Create some documentaries/presentations regarding cultural events, participation in cultural events
" Create some documentaries/presentations on local events regarding youth organizations and local communities from the town or other regions from Romania
" Create some documentaries about different aspects related to the hosting communities in which they are places (in terms of architecture, cuisine, way of life, ways of transportation, music, religion etc.)
" Develop ecological activities and/or activities that support the protection of the environment
" Develop alternative activities of spending free time, out-door activities for youth and children
" Create of a newsletter, magazine
" Assist young students in their courses, support with homework
" Assist handicapped/needy/elderly in their daily activities, organize recreational activities
" Developing and implementing activities for children in kinder gardens, orphanages
" Organize and implement information and awareness raising campaigns, research and evaluation campaigns (voluntary activities, blood donation campaign, anti-drug and anti-smoking campaigns, anti-alcohol campaigns etc.)
" Promote European Voluntary Service (through different means: media files, public speaking meetings, promotional materials etc.)
" Participate in language courses (Romanian classes) and teach English language and other languages to the beneficiaries of the projects
" Journalistic activities, activities of informing youngsters, activities for stimulating the cooperation in rural areas, European awareness, capacity building of organizations
" Sportive activities
" Theatre activities
" Preparing youth initiatives, activities and projects together with the staff of the organization (Writing financial application forms, networking etc.)
" Web design and web administration
" Consultancy in youth centers

Thus, the EVS volunteers will have an active and participatory role within the organization, being involved directly in the activities planned and take into consideration all their stages: preparation, implementation, supervision and evaluation. The EVS volunteers will be encouraged to get involved in all these phases in order to be able to contribute to the development of the local communities in its assembly, from the first point to the last point and not be only main actors in a single action.

The EVS volunteers will also have the chance to get acquainting with the general environment in which the actions will be developed. Moreover, their own creativity will be stimulated by proposing them to come up with own initiative which again will be created from the stage of the idea. In this way, they will also show an interest in further developing the actions in order to see results and will get accustomed with aspects concerning also project management.
