Resumo: - Supporting actively our organization's information programme aiming to increase young people's awareness about non-formal learning through volunteering and intercultural exchanges (promotion of Youth in Action programme);
- Promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for different targets by offering support that may be needed to ensure full access to different facilities;
- Developing specific activities with our partner organizations by setting up small projects in cooperation with other volunteers;
- Offering support to famillies with lesser opportunities by participating in events organized by NGO partners like Bethany and Hecuba foundation;
- Raising environmental awareness in the local community by involvement in local events orientated towards making the town and it’s soroundings an environmentaly-friendly place;
- Preparing promotional materials, updating and complementing organization´s web-site (adding articles about our organization's activities, such as youth initiatives and exchanges, EVS projects, trainings, etc);
- Supporting our team in developing activities and facilities for different target groups. Preparation and co-animation of international activities, like youth exchanges, seminars, trainings and giving logistic support in these activities;
- Initiating youth activities, workshops (e.g. media and article writing workshops at schools), training courses. All initiatives of the volunteer are welcomed and enabled to carry out if they fit to the frame of the aims, activities and resources of our organization;
- Helping to establish relations with new partners and to maintain close contact with our old partners. Regular visits to our partners (collecting information about the progression and progress of our projects). In cooperation with colleagues, organising trainings and workshops for our partners;
-Organizing local events for the Youth Community
-Being in contact with other organizations in the town, in which they can also do volunteer activities
-Learning media tools and about media literacy and producing real media, connected to the Ngo and to their personality
-Possibility of attending Romanian language classes
-Possibility of working with schools in the town and doing personal projects

Perfil: - Age between 18 and 30
- Medium level of English
- Belonging to at least one less opportunity category (found in the infoletter questionare)
- Selection is done on basis of available places for hosting at the organization
- Balance in the group of EVS’ers that will be at te organization (like a mix of work experience and background and skills)

Tarefas: The activities of the organization are addressed to people between 18-30, that wish to enrich their latent potential. The focus of this project is to offer these young people an opportunity to experience multi-cultural voluntary work within the Romanian community and to enlarge the view and vision on EVS, and at the same time acumulating work experince, that the volunteer could use for getting future jobs. The activities of the volunteer in the organization will focus on managing, creating, promoting our trainings and workshops, to get familiar with the youth in action program and developing his own projects.
1. Thus the volunteer will get the opportunity to learn about keeping the financial part of a project, about writing an application, about promoting the Youth in Action programme through media or conferences that we organize locally, or promoting the local events that we organize (thus improving media skills like computer design, web design, photography, video recording and processing).
2. The volunteer will also get the opportunity to experience outdoor teaching, or even to create or implement their techniques during our outdoor trainings and events (high ropes, hiking, outdoor games, outdoor orienting and map reading, biking).
3. Another opportunity for the volunteer to experience is being responsible for the practical part of our events. Taking care of the newsletter or creating flyers, designing T-shirts for events is another task the volunteers can take care of, thus acquiring further media experience.
4. Participating and delivering media worshops will give the volunteer the oportunity to improve their photography and video shoting skills, much needde in the nowdays society
5. Another task will be the maintenance of the headquarters (cleaning, buying and organizing supplies).
