At a personal level we will enable them to practice and develop their sense of solidarity and social skills in order to become more active in their society.

Our clubs mentors have been chosen in order to be able to provide the young volunteers with the desired outcomes. They all hold bachelor university degrees and experience in recognised companies.

Our mentors will be committed to provide continues guidance and support for the volunteers everyday tasks.

The volunteers will go through all stages of the EVS training and evaluation cucle as stated in the guidelines, including on arrival training, mid-term evaluation and pre-depature preparation.

In order to meet the aims of the EVS projects our volunteers will be intergraded in their individual projects which will aim to develop their own set of skills. These will include:

For example they will have the chance to gain experience and work in the kindergarden, primary school, municipality building and our state of the art recovery and physiotherapy centre which also acts as the communitys local medical practice.

With this broad selection of work positions provided, each volunteer will gain a much needed experience for his future career path.

Regarding practical issues, the volunteers will receive their allowance in a monthly basis and they will receive money for food. Moreover, we will try to assure extra contribution in kind (food and beverages) from sponsors. This will be additional to the funding received by the National Agency.
