Resumo: The organization is a volunteer based non profit NGO established to encourage safety and environmental protection in Cyprus. The organization offers non formal learning opportunities to individuals. The organization and its volunteers are actively involved in environmental projects both in awareness and actual projects like beach and sea cleanups. On a more advanced level the organization also undertakes some research projects relating to environemntal protection and sustainability.

Perfil: Energetic individuals who care for the environment
Although most of our activities involve the sea, there isno need for the volunteer to love the sea as many aspects of the projects can be done without actually entering the sea. Our main requirement is that the volunteers care about the environment and try to offer methods to help protect it.
Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The largest part of the activities will be done at our offices in the city, the other portion (depending on the project) wll be done at the coastal areas of Cyprus. Volunteers will be able to get some training in the field of Basic Life Support, scuba diving, day to day administration. EVS volunteers will receive some training with respect to specific project and will work with other local volunteers in organising events and projects in the community. The volunteers will also work with the management and learn with them.
