Resumo: K.Ramanausko Kindergarten in the institution, which has an aim to put cultural and spiritual values into learning process. Its mission - to teach little children, organize their every day life and activities to promote love, sharing and self-expression. Also to look after their health, cooperate with parrents. This kindergarten offers a non formal education for kids bellow school age. (children from 3 years old). It boasts large number of international and local relations with other formal and not formal institutions. K. Ramanausko kindergarten has about 25 pedagogic workers, social worker, 29 other workers, accountant, secretary. A team of three people will be responsible for volunteer project in the organization. Social worker will help to plan volunteers work time at first months, also will encourage volunteer to express himself. One group teacher will be responsible for daily activities and director - for all volunteers time in organization and all his/her needs. Every year in this kindergarten college students make their practics. These students make their practics and volunteer also in summer time. Kindergarten staff knows little english and german languages. Coordinating organization A. Lipniuno cultural center is situated near city's centre and also not far away from river Nevezis bank. There is a park outside the organization builiding. In the same builing there are situated all catholic organizations like Youth center, Family center, Scouts, "Ateitis" foundation, etc. A.Lipniuno cultural center has experience as a sending organization for EVS projects. This organization will be responsible for volunteers free time activities. Volunteer will have a posibilty to come and join our every day activities, also offer his own ideas in organization. In coordinating organization every day we have youth meetings. Young people (age mostly 14-25) gather here to spend time, be with each other and help the organization. Youth is always with new ideas so we often have interesting journeys and events. Panevëþys, the capital of Aukštaitija Ethnographic Region, has been the fifth largest city in Lithuania for more than a century. It occupies 50 square kilometers with more than 119 thousand inhabitants, the majority of whom (96 per cent) are Lithuanians. The rest are Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Byelorussian, Jewish and Karaite people. Panevëþys is situated in the middle of Lithuania; it is halfway between two Baltic capitals - Vilnius and Riga. The city lies in a good geographical position which plays a major role in communication with other Lithuanian cities and the city of Kaliningrad. The Via Baltica highway runs through the city and connects it to many Scandinavian and West European countries. Panevëþys lies on the banks of the river Nevæþis, the sixth longest river in Lithuania. The river gave its name to the city itself. Panevëþys has a reputation for being a clean, cosy and green city. At the same time it is an important industrial spot. After country's regaining independence, many companies in the city underwent painful transformations.

Perfil: The volunteers in kindergarden should in general be interested and willing to work with children. This is simple the only condition we have for volunteers. No further experiences or skills are required. This project is coordinated by Lipniunas kultural center. Within the networks of coordinating organisation the project placement is promoinvite and all young people interested in the hosting placements are invited to apply. An application consist of a CV, a Motivation letter and the full detaisl of the responsible sending organisatio. The selection will be made within the team.

Tarefas: Volunteers activities - creative education, social, intercultural, comunity building. Preliminar activities are associated with year circle and religion time. These issues are integrated into learning process and done well for young age kids. The main work of volunteer could be games: Social games, traditional games, active games, music games, games outside. We would like to have a volunteer which could integrate his experience with kids into daily learning process. Also volunteer should know how to deal with kids and love them. The preliminar work distribution - 60% creative work with kids, 30% - kids supervision in groups, 10% administrative work. Also we will provide with individual Lithuanian language courses if volunteer need it not less than 3 months. Volunteer will have a possibilty to travel and spend time in coordinating organization, together with its members and local youth. We offer different travels, daily activities. Also he/she will have its free time.

Horário: This Kindergarten is open five days a week. From monday till friday. Work day starts at 7:30 and ends 18:15. Early morning group start its work at 6:30 and evening group finishes at 19:00. This schedule can be changed due to parrents wishes. Teachers needs and groups work conditions. 7:00-9:00 games, sport, breakfast preparations, breakfast. 9:30-10:30 "Morning circle". eekly discussions, educational programs, Art, games, building, family workshops, languages, sport and music hours. Spiritual education is integrated in all the process. 10:30-12:00 activities outside. (walking, exploring nature, games, health issues) 12:00-12:45 Preparation for lunch, lunch. 15:15- Health time or dances. From 15:30 till the end of a day - Preparations for dinner, dinner, games, Teachers time to talk to parrents. In this institution child gets all the support needed. If he has any problems with speech, social issues, movement, he can get all the help needed.
