Resumo: The organization is located in the capital of Russia (population above 11 millions). The organization´s office is just 20 minutes by underground from the city center. The office is in several minutes of walking from the underground station. Our organization is located in the area called Flacon Design Factory. It is a former industrial complex, gradually filling with design studios, promoters, showrooms and workshops. It is not in the busy city centre. It is more like a new calm European district of the city.

Apart from office days EVS activities will be spread through the city based on different activities and profile of volunteers. As there are many young people working, English is not so strange to hear, but do not expect everybody to speak or understand it nevertheless. For other days we work from home or organise working time in so called in the city third places – libraries, cafes, everywhere you have free wifi and nice friendly atmosphere. We are an NGO with different members developing their own project on active citizenship and volunteering. We try to organise different training for our volunteers to empower, to teach new or give a space for non-formal education. We tightly cooperate with other NGOs in the city and we have partners and coordinators in other cities as well. In spring, summer we have a busy volunteer season:
- sending volunteers abroad for short term projects (via volunteer networks)
- organising 2-3 weeks long camps in Russia

Perfil: We are looking for a motivated volunteer in our office who is willing to work in a team.
The ideal volunteer profile is 24+ person, highly organized and responsible, with good computer skills and ability to speak and understand at least some basic Russian, which is vitally important for living and working in the city(Russian language skills will be checked during the skype interview).

Tarefas: - Organising local events and workshops for volunteers,
- Participating in presentations,
- Helping in the office with outgoing and incoming administration,
- Consultation of young people on issues related to European culture,
- Updating the website, pages and groups in social networks of stuff etc,
- Preparing the programs of future activities,
- Replying on e-mails to the organization,
- Preparation for the volunteer season,
- Promotion the ideas and values of YiA program among Russian youth.
