Resumo: The hosting organization is located in a city placed in eastern of Romania, it is a port, in the close vicinity of Galati (the distance is only 30 km). According to a census it is said that
the city is the 10th most populous city.

In terms of economy is accessible to medium-sized oceangoing ships, it has large grainhandling and warehousing facilities. It is also an important industrial center with textile,
food-processing and other factories.

In addition it also has several parks, spaces where people can play different types of sports, an iceskating and a mall full of shops and a big cinema.

Therefore the host placement is located in a live-in community but there are no special rules which have to be respected despite the normal ones such as not disturbing the people arround you, keeping a civilized manner, not destroying something and so on.

Perfil: It would be great if the youngsters who take part in the stage had general knowledge about environment. Moreover, these youngsters should have the following qualities: punctuality, seriousness, good English language skills, they should be communicative, capable of speaking and make themselves understood by a group of people.

age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: We wish to receive volunteers with reduced opportunities, but who are strongly motivated to perform voluntary activities during the stage, who are willing to learn Romanian, to adapt and who will learn about the importance of the environment, how to identify problems regarding the environment, what needs to be done for the protection and conservation of the environment and also how to work together as a team in order to achieve the objectives of this project.
