Resumo: We are situate in a big city, so we offer to volunteers a cosmopolitan and cultural environment, access to the Romanian culture, museums, theaters, monuments of architecture, etc., and the possibility to interact with the citizens from local community, a space where they could meet different social levels.

The volunteers involved in activities will work and interact with the local community as: making films in their midst, leading to them theater, dance, film or other arts workshops, self – development, arts, non-formal education activities, working with them on theater screenplays, having the local community as audience for the theater - dance shows that the volunteers will create.

Activities:
- Writing screenplays
- Making films (shooting, acting, camera, video-editing / assistant video editing, directing assistand, production / assistant production)
- Organising events
- Working with young people from the local community: organising and leading theater / dance / film /arts workshops in english
- Preparing theater, dance shows, interactive shows
- Performing in films, theater, dance shows
- Leading workshops of arts and non-formal education for local community and for young and adult people with fewer opportunities, facilitate the English language workshops
- Creating personal development materials: texts, photos, videos and organising creative personal development workshops for local community
- Making photographys, organising expositions, photovoice workshops
- IT: Creating, designed and updating web pages and blogs, 2 D, 3 D graphic design
- Creating slogans, texts, writing materials for promoting the activity, messages, ideas of the organisation
- Helping the activity and projects of the organisation
- Tracking and registering films in film festivals

Perfil: - Aged between 18 - 30 years old;
- Speaking english at medium to very good level
- Creative person
- Willing to work with local community and with persons with fewer opportunities
- Willing to perform in films, theater, dance, creative shows for local communnity
- Writing screenplays and texts / photo - video / theater /dance / Arts skills, enthusiastic to learn, experience and practice few of them
- Liking and willing to create films
- Cooperative, good communication skills
