Resumo: The objectives of the project are set for the volunteers to feel the cultural and social differences. The project is connected with topics for youth leasure, youth information, youth unemployment issue and on other side with discovering local culture and the country heritage, which will be explored by EVS through a photo art/exhibition and outdoor activities.

There are many types of activities where the volunteers will be involved such as running workshops and educations for local young people using artistic tools such as painting, acting, photography, movies and other tools that can be useful for group learning and providing youth work and information linked with the local community development.
The main beneficiaries of the project are young people with fewer opportunities in the city, Macedonia. The planned activities will not only help the volunteers to learn and grow, but also they will contribute to strength the civil society in Macedonia - a developing country the Balkans.

There will be open space for the volunteers to implement their ideas to improve the quality of the project and encourage more and more youngsters to be active in the events delivered by them. During these experiences the volunteer as well as the youngsters will have intercultural learning in order to have a better understanding in each other culture.

Involvement in the initiation and implementation of upcoming projects and events is inevitable and included in the activity plans for the inclusion of an EVS volunteers.
Objectives of EVS project
- to increase her/his intercultural knowledge
- the opportunity to meet and live in small community
- uniting and developing creative potentials of young people and thus increase the level of youth activism
- to stimulate unemployed young people's mobility and active participation in non-EU society
- creating tools for Actions for increasing youth employment (ensuring access to unemployed young people to all the opportunities that they and the YO can offers)
- to discover different ways through youth initiatives to stimulate young people’s spirit of initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship, employability.
Intercultural learning, non-formal education and learning by doing approaches ensured an intercultural dimension of the project. The activities that will be implemented by the EVS volunteers will help to achieve the goal and the objectives set for this project.

Perfil: The volunteer should be in 18 – 30 years of age coming from EU countries.
He/she should have computer skills in Microsoft Office and using Internet. The volunteer should have good communication capabilities, able to work in a team, willing to work with young people from different nationalities and religions. The volunteer need to be responsible, diligent, creative,
openminded, ambitious, interested in innovative ways of communication.

Tarefas: Hosting young volunteers from other parts of the world it is considered in our organization
as a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and discover the concerns and issues of
youngsters in other countries. In addition, it is also supposed a big help in the diary work of
our organization. Apart of an EVS volunteer, there are local volunteers who collaborate with
the organization and develop an important task in the elaboration of the projects.

Between of the things that we can offer him/her is the opportunity to work in close contact
with the local community in a positive and cooperative atmosphere. Be sure that the
volunteer will have enough time to discover the culture and tradition of our country and to
feel a fully integrated. According to accomplish this purpose we will pay special attention in
every need that the volunteer had in his/her period of connection with the new life
conditions.

The volunteer will participate in the creation and implementation of the activities that our
organization are developing, and will be also a support in the relationship between us and
the international collaboration.
The volunteer will have freedom to decide about one's involvement in the project and will
have the chance to leave specific marks on already existing national project.
