Resumo: Outline the project environment for the suggested voluntary Service, including the local community where the project will take place (e.g. geographical, social and economical environment). If the host placement is located in a live-in community, please include the rules and conditions that apply also for the volunteer.

The environment for developing the future activities of hosting the EVS volunteers is various, consisting of communities situated in all the regions of development in Romania, not only in rural areas, but also urban areas. The Organization will collaborate with the local stakeholders(persons or firms on which our EVS projects can have a potential impact, and also other persons or firms which can have an impact our EVS projects), so that the impact of the EVS would be as higher as it could be and the participation of the community would be very significant.

So, the main stakeholders that we took into consideration are the local authorities and the corporations. Among the main stakeholders, there will be pupils and young people who graduated the local schools.

The organization will not limit its activities to these communities, other towns from Romania will be taken into consideration for hosting the EVS volunteers, depending on the interest and opportunities.

Also, the organization takes into consideration the possibility of hosting the EVS volunteers in communities with a significant presence of minorities such as: Polish, Hungarian, Gipsy, Bulgarian, German, Czech, Serbian and Croatian population.
Because the organization has its headquarters in the county, a serious attention will be given to the towns and villages which are at most at 50km distance from the town. That is why we are now presenting the local environment of the town:
The city is situated in the Westen part of Romania(at 50 km distance from the Western border), in the Plain of the town. It is the first important city near the Central Europe, situated on the bank of the Mures river, where it flows from the Deva-Lipova Valley. The city is situated at an altitude of 108,5m.

The town is the residence of the county with the same name and it has around 200.000 inhabitants
As for the other local communities which can host the EVS volunteers, the Organization will take into consideration the possibility to establish collaboration with the following stakeholders: mayors, local councils from townships and towns, cultural social halls, museums and active NGOs whom intervention for the community helps the rural and urban development.

Perfil: The partner organizations will be consulted regarding the volunteers recruiting, trying to choose those volunteers who are suited for a kind of activities, giving a special attention to volunteers with special needs. Regarding the actions that will be implemented, our association will develop a consulting process for the volunteers, promoters and the coordinating organization, so that the volunteers will have the chance to be involved in those activities they identify with and where they find the most suited educational objectives. More than that, the volunteers will have the chance to choose different courses to which they can participate, from various trainings.

Because the future project will sustain innovative activities, we appreciate that the paid work will not be replaced in any way. For the activities kept in mind, there are already persons who have jobs in the field, and what we aim to do through the future projects is to bring a plus of value with the help of the European voluntary work.

The volunteers will not be asked for complex abilities, but there is the possibility of a minimum level for the English language. Also, regarding the recruiting process for the volunteers, our organization intends to use the gained experience.

- identifying the causes which restrains the time management;
- attaining the ability to establish a strategy of time management ;

- managing the meetings ;
- practicing the positive team-spirit ;
- developing the ability to believe in yourself and your partners ;
- developing the collaboration competences ;
- practicing the forming mechanism of the group-identity ;
-attaining abilities to create a fallow up activity ;
- understanding the importance of the activity's methodology ;
- identify methods for creating and coordinating a project team ;
- attaining the ability to create the budget ;
- attaining the ability to evaluate the activity depending on the indicators ;
- knowing the basic elements for directing a video;
- attaining the ability to use a video-camera ;
- attaining the ability to process the audio-video images ,
- practicing the methods and techniques for making a documentary
-understanding the importance of activities of diseminating the learning results/experiences ;
- understanding the importance of modifying the presentation depending on the audience ;
- practicing the abilities to organize a public presentation ;
- practicing the way one can discuss and the way he can answer ;
- understanding the principles of crisis management ;
- understanding the purpose of the values in a conflict;
- understanding the connection between the conflict and the lack of communication
- developing the abilities for detecting the conflict sources;
- practicing the negotiation abilities;
- practicing the abilities to recognize the feelings;
- attaining the ability to identify the impact of a behaviour upon the others ;
- the ability to identify the strong and the week points ;
-attaining/practicing the ability to remain calm and focused and to overcome the conflicts
- increasing the capacity to have and maintain realistic and optimist attitudes in difficult situations ;
- stimulating ad practicing the creativity and the spontaneity ;
- developing the ability to express one's emotions ;
- increasing the trust in yourself ;
- practicing the ability to empathize

The above mentioned abilities and knowledge can be used as an example, during each process the EVS volunteers will develop a process of personal development. The EVS volunteers' role in the hosting projects, is an active one, the volunteers will be directly involved in the activities, in different stages(preparation, development, monitorization and implementation). Also, an important fact that needs to be mentioned is that we will give much attention to the EVS volunteers who will have initiative and who will " personalize the actions for the host communities.

For example, the EVS volunteers will be involved in activities such as :
- web-design and web-administration,
- local communication campaigns and in the electronic space(promoting a healthy life, the environment, preventing the drugs abuse, the awareness of extremist attitudes)
- making some documentaries, videos referring to the host-community(traditions, opportunities for spending the spare time, working methods with minorities)
- social (re)integrating for the persons who are in a risk situation ;
- stakeholder engagement / stimulating measures for an active participation ;
- planting trees and developing the Eastern spirit ;
- animating ;
- dance, music, air-modelism, photographic and cinematographic art workshops
- photo and art exhibitions ;
- specific actions in the field of corporatist social responsibilities ;
- organizing trainings and study visits ;
- creating awareness campaigns ;
- creating some promoting materials for the touristic objectives with historical and cultural importance.

Together with these examples, the EVS volunteers can create/develop different activities.
That is why, our organization will support them with all the assistance that they need.(not only for the designing, but also for the fallowing stages). We can give the fallowing examples: organizing cultural evenings and series for presenting the cure and traditions from the sending country/region/town, organizing activities in centers for local resources or other youth centers, organizing festivities or summer theatres, coordinating actions during the youth camps, presentation/disseminating activities for the local myths and legends, activities for making and disseminating advertising regarding the implemented activities and other opportunities regarding the non-formal education.
