Resumo: The organization is beautifully situated in Northeastern Switzerland between Lake and a forest. To our premises belong a part of the beach at the lake to the north and the forest in the south. To the west, there is also the forest, and our direct neighbour in the east is an organic farmer who supplies us with dairy and other products. We belong to the local community, a small, beautiful town 1.5km away. It provides all shops and services necessary for everyday life. The public transport system is excellent. By bike, it is 10 minutes to the railway station, from where trains leave 4 times every hour.

Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld and Konstanz (Germany) are the next bigger towns with a wide range of cultural activities. They are all about 20km away and are well connected to the town by trains and buses. Zürich is 50km away. Lake Constance is a tourist region which offers a wide range of nature and cultural activities. The rules applicable for volunteers (and all members) are: Smoking in indicated zones only. Participation in household chores. Participation in weekly social meetings.

Perfil: age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The main voluntary work within the project is about permaculture gardening. It is likely that we will start to work with people in need within 2014, so if you apply please feel prepared to look after such people within the garden work. 'People in need' can be unemployed youth, time-out-pupils (having trouble in school), handicapped adults, people in life-crises or psychologically disabled people. We don't know yet.

Apart from working in the garden, you will be able to join other areas of work that interest you, e.g. the forest kindergarden, the instrument building workshop, the seminar kitchen.
