Resumo: The association is based in Iasi, Moldavia region,North East of Romania. Although Moldavia is the least developed region of the country, Iasi plays an important role in the Romanian cultural and economical life. Indeed, it’s the third university center after Bucharestand Cluj-Napoca, and the capital of the former Moldavian Principate. Five percent of the Romanian Roma live in Moldavia i.e. 10% of the population of Iasi are Roma.
