Resumo: The town is situated in the middle of the country.The municipality is located on 318 square km and includes 14 settlements (2 towns and 12 villages).

The town which is the central town of the municipality is located in North - Estern Bulgaria in the outskirts of the mountain along the river Yantra and is located 25° 42' to the East of Greenwich. The average height of the settlement is 218 meters above the sea level.

The climate is temperate-continental with average annual temperatures of 12,5° C. The territory of the municipality is 318 square kilometers.

The population of the municipality is 53 500 people at 2001 year from which 42 715 live in the towns and the rest 15 814– in the villages of the municipality. The last counuting at 2001 year shows that the town has population of 35 404people.

Tarefas: We will offer to the volunteers work on several directions in percentage formed according to their potential.

50% of the work activities will be conducted in the "Progress 1869" in youth theater , he will use interactive games and activities for better communication, dealing for getting typical knowledge for his own country: customs, distinctive foods, clothing, and traditions will rationalize the growing up’s free time. 30% will prosecute developing youth’s projects together with junior groups, they will work in the youth structure of the municipalities, and they will connect with youth groups for the other components of the European youth program “Youth in action”.
20% will be bused upon constructing a voluntary center, forming distance, planting plants and forming places for pastimes and meeting volunteers, making possible conditions for trainings of volunteers. Spread of knowledge of voluntary activity and the plans of the EU. Activating youths in two cities for executing voluntary position in another European states, motivating youths for performing such procedure.

Primarily the volunteer will pass language training. Very important is ability to communicate, so he could communicate with children and youth people. Working with us the volunteer will win skills for presenting information, doing presentations, working with childhood collectives and youth’s organizations.

There is opportunity to get to know the Bulgarian customs and spirit. Our organization work with every community centre from the region and the volunteer, will be able to meet on - scene together with their fan's groups and groups undertaking for authentic folklore, That will give him consents for the Bulgarian tempers and customs. Having in mind, the situation of the town – 7 km away from the old capital of Bulgaria- V. Tarnovo and 3 km away from the historical village Arbanassi the volunteer will be in direct touch with the history of Bulgaria and her inheritance.

The role of the volunteer will be to motivate the children and the youths of convinced inclination to the European amalgamation, to learning to the European culture and languages. To clarify the youth’s program function and the meaning of the voluntary position, activate the homegrown community to the meaning of mutual aid and the kind operation to the different communities.

To activate the children and the young people for communications with contemporaries of the entire world, to help and provide information for deciding important issues in the region. He will participate in the activity of the youth’s clubs, in the issue of the internet-newspaper as in rehearsals and entertainments of the local theater.
He will show attempt in activating the youth for the future and passing from school in life.
