Resumo: The voluntary activities will take place in the offices of the Association and will support the implementation of projects, in which the organization participates. The offices are situated in the administrative and cultural center of the city. The access to all kinds of transportation from the offices is very easy as they are located in communicative places.

The city characterizes with huge potential determined by the opportune location from an international and local point of view, excellent communications and transport connections by air, road and railway, as well as large domestic market, skilled working educational facilities. All this is a considerable prerequisite for intensive investment activity and rapid growth.

The city is experiencing a boom in construction and development caused by the intense social, cultural, industrial and economic life in the capital. The city has the ambitions to become one of the most vivid and progressive capitals in Europe. In this sense, the volunteers will be able to realize their service without experiencing difficulties in social, economic or cultural aspect.

In case there is a need some project activities to be realized outside the offices, the volunteers will be previously acquainted with the place, where the activities will be held, as well as their character.

Perfil: Active, young people with interests in the sphere of non – formal education,willing to develop in this field. The volunteers should be communicative, capable of working in team and creative. They should possess good organizational and creative skills and will for self- improvement.

The process of recruiting volunteers includes two stages. During the first stage the applicants should fill in questionnaire in order his/her motivation, attitudes, experience and working capacity to be evaluated. The questionnaire will be created in accordance to the requirements of the voluntary service and will provide equal start to everyone who is interested. The candidates with interests similar to the sphere of activity of the Association will be admitted to the second stage, without being discriminated in any way.

The second stage of the recruitment process includes interview with the candidates and selection of volunteers.
The Association would cooperate with sending organizations with similar field of activity and interests in common future development.

Tarefas: The Association works on projects in the sphere of non- formal education, addressed to different target groups (youths, adults, people in social isolation, other).

The field of realization of projects includes various aspects of the education process, as well as the use of innovative methods and tools for its effective implementation.

The volunteers could take part in some additional activities, regarding researches in the sphere of education, popularizing educational products for concrete target groups.

The volunteers will be engaged in all activities for elaboration and implementation of projects, which will improve their organizational, social, communication and artistic skills and will enrich their knowledge in the sphere on non- formal education.

The volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in the whole project lyfecycle. They will be able to make suggestions, give opinions regarding the project activities. The organization will assist the volunteers in every way, in order they to be able to put their ideas and suggestions in the field of work of the Association into practice.

The activities, which will be offered to the volunteers are:
elaboration of educational projects; participation in trainings organized by the Association, as well as in the framework of European projects; participation in the process of implementation of European projects; conducting researches in the sphere of education; popularizing educational products.
