Resumo: The place of realisation of the project is a Kindergarten in a town in the south of Poland, and is one of the most beautiful cities in the country.

The city is also known as the cultural capital of Poland for its long artistic and literary tradition, and is home to cultural events, exhibitions, concerts, beautiful, wide-open green spaces and monuments of our national heritage etc. The city is noted for its fresh, vibrant quality, and is always full of students and young people attending the many universities and Academies here.

Because we work actively within our local community, volunteers will have the opportunity to see how the kindergarten operates in collaboration with institutions such as local libraries, Youth Centres, other kindergartens, the fire brigade, the District Council, the House For Homeless Animals in the city and many other social care organisations.

Perfil: We are looking for people open to new challenges, who like children and who are sensitive to the needs of other people and caring for the environment. Volunteers have to be open-minded, highly motivated and with a sense of humour, because children love these kinds of people. He/she should like walks, trips, sightseeing, and wants to spend an unforgettable time learning about our culture and our language.

Most importantly, they would be responsible and conscious that in working with children they can have an influence on their mental development, and that although the work can be difficult, it brings a lot of joy and satisfaction.
