Resumo: At the secretary office: organisation of one of the most well-known festivals in the world. They create and manage initiatives aiming at promoting Festivaletteratura, a regular appointment for writers and readers since 1997. It is an international 5 days’ gathering of writers from all over the world, entertaining the audience with readings, talks, lectures, theatre shows and concerts.

Perfil: Candidates should:
- Be flexible and smart
- Be interested and sensitive towards culture and literature, in the publishing world, and in the relationship between Internet, new technologies and culture.
- Have good familiarity with computers and the internet, as well as precision and problem solving
- Know Italian at a good level (at least B1), due to the specificity of the proposed activities
- Have a good knowledge of English or French
- Be pragmatic and open to follow different tasks, even apparently modest and simple
Age:18 until 30 years old

Only volunteers who will be pre-selected among the candidacies will be notified. Please note that if you don’t receive any answer it means that you haven’t been pre-selected). Then they will be asked for a skype interview to be done during the first week of September.

Tarefas: Volunteer 1: his/her role consists in backing the side activities carried out by the organisation during the year; contacting art companies; organising the hosting and travelling of the authors, managing logistic matters - stands, transports, suppliers, store-, activating and overseeing the services to the audience - ticket and information office-, human resources. taking care and updating the web site of Festivaletteratura, including translations and managing of social networks (youtube, facebook, twitter and more) connected with the event.
