The SEV volunteering will contribute to the teaching program of the volunteers. The SEV volunteering will be implemented taking into consideration the teaching objectives of the volunteers. The tasks of the volunteers will be permanently adapted to their teaching needs, the passive listening and the performance of boring or demotivating tasks will be avoided. The volunteers will be permenently motivated to come with new ideas in the achieving of activities and to be involved in the decision-making of the project and the SEV activities. The tasks proposed will reflect the interest of the volunteers and their aspirations. The SEV volunteering will give volunteers a chance to experiment and learn non-formal methods of education such as: theatre-forum, photo-voice, public cafe, street performance, flashmob, workshops. A space of interaction between volunteers will be created, where they will feel that their ideas really count and are taken into consideration. Measures in order for the learning process to be achieved individually and in group will be taken.

The learning process of the volunteers will be reflected in the completion and issuance of the Youthpass certificate. At the end of each week, the volunteers will fill in the Youthpass certificate, which will aid them adapt their activities for the following week. In order to fill in the Youthpass certificate, a personal learning plan will be issued for each volunteer, This plan will ensure that the learning objectives are fulfilled. The volunteers will receive an important support from the two mentors which will ensure that they are following the learning plan.

At the end of the SEV volunteering, the Youthpass certificate will be issued; this certificate will be issued and validated by the mentor and the host organization.
