Resumo: The organisation is in charge of sending and hosting volunteers for international work camps. The organization is not only in charge of managing the placements, but also for the training of volunteers and leaders, the evaluations, the visits to the work camps, and the following complementary projects: awareness, sustainability and social inclussion of disfavoured people in work camps. All these projects are carried out from an international, relationship perspective.

The beneficiaries of the projects are young people from a wide social, economic, cultural and local spectrum: the potential and current volunteers of the work-camps: young people in schools, cultural centres, organisations,.... People who go abroad, and the people who come to our work camps from many different countries.

Perfil: -Strong motivation for youth voluntary projects
-Experience in volunteering
-good english level and bacos spanish level
-consciousness that the project will have a big administrative part
-age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: One of the volunteers will supporting the work that is done to hostthe volunteers (incoming) and the ohter one will supporting the work that is done to send volunteers (outgoing).

-training for Catalan volunteers in International workcamps
-visiting and participating in workcamps

-annual and the best pratices reports
