Resumo: The organization of the Foundation was established in 1987 with the aim of developing an understanding & awareness of the value of the arts in the educational process and to promote social development issues in addition to enhancing the theatre and dance movements in Jordan & the region and is considered a pioneer & unique educational & cultural institution in Jordan.

The organization is dedicated to serve as a national resource and a regional model for incorporating the performing arts in all levels of education and social development thus making culture and art accessible to all. It seeks to develop cross cultural understanding and peace building through conducting comprehensive cultural exchange programs, theatre & dance co-productions regionally and internationally in addition to producing performances that achieve standards of excellence. PAC offers children youth & adults the opportunity to develop their talents in the performing arts field.

Perfil: Open minded volunteer who wants to have a culturally enriching experience and is curious to participate in a “Euro-med of Culture” adventure. The volunteer should preferably be interested in the field of culture in all its aspects, with an interest in human relationships and he should be relatively independent in carrying out his/her tasks. We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, able to adapt and interested in developing his/her skills. The volunteer must have the basis of a general European and Mediterranean culture and be willing to broaden his/her horizons.
Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The EVS volunteer will be involved in activities that are already established and other can be proposed by her/himself: 1. Assist in promoting the events and performances of NCCA in the printed press, social media networks (Facebook, twitter, Youtube) and Local TV stations, and social media networks;

Preparing the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes 2. Touring with the Interactive Theatre Troupe (ITT) to governorates in the Kingdom; Touring with the NCCA Interactive Theatre Troupe in different cities in Jordan 3. Assist in Drama workshops related to projects that deal with youth age 18-24; Assist on implementing and managing the project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs 4. Assist on the daily administrative daily work
