The organization is based in the suburb of the town, a comfortable walking distance to the center of the town. The suburb keeps natural beauty, is clean and full of greenery.
The organization is renting a space of more than 300 sq m in a modern school building. In the organization you can find two playrooms for children, meeting room, gym, changing room for clients and kitchen. Two playrooms and the gym have been recently refurnished and are at disposal for different kinds of leisure, educational and sporting activities.
During the year we organize plays, sports or other activities, afternoons and weekends for children and their parents (either in the school garden, gym of the center or in the town – main square, local airport, etc.)
The accommodation
Volunteer will stay in the guest house (pension), in the rented flat nearby the organization or in the students´dormitory. The room/flat will be fully furnished, with the TV, radio and internet connection.
After working time the internet in the center can be used also for personal connection.
There will be the bathroom with a washing machine and equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, kitchen-stove, dish, electric kettle) to share with the other volunteers.
The volunteer have to self-manage their own room responsibly. The volunteers have to cooperate with other users of the kitchen/shared rooms to keep them in order.

Perfil: We are looking for the volunteer who is well motivated to work with the children (mainly pre-school age from 1 year – 6 year) and with their parents. We are looking for the volunteer who would like to work in the organisation like we are = family center. Ability to communicate in English would be very helpful (we also have in the team French, Polish or basic Russian speakers).We presume that the volunteer will be knowledgeable about his or her country and its culture and traditions so that they could pass this information on; they should also be outgoing and enjoy such exchange of information.We would like to have active, enthusiastic and responsible approach to work coupled with creativity.We are looking for the volunteer who is well motivated to work with the children (mainly pre-school age from 1 year – 6 year) and with their parents. Tarefas: The volunteer will be made familiar with all the activities of the centre and all the people who participate in them.
The plan will be made according to his/her interests and experience.
-She/he will be able to choose between activities - English Nursery School, French and English lessons, English and French clubs, Art, Musical, Sporting and ECO activities, Open Playroom, In-house children camps, Club for parents with the children with the special needs, Cultural events, etc.
- She/he can be led by the tutor or can work independently on the chosen parts of activities or can lead the activities by her/himself.
- She/he can suggest and implement new activities.
Example of activities
French and English lessons for children (4 children per group, aged 3-6 years),
4 x per week in the afternoon.
Sporting, Dance, Musical, ECO Activities (10 – 12 children aged 3-6 years, small children of 2 years with parents),
every day in the morning or in the afternoon.
'English Nursery School' (10 children per group aged 3-6 years)
every Friday 8:00 – 16:00, includes: language classes so that the kids get to communicate with a foreigner, art, craft and music sessions, preparation of short public performances (short theatre, songs, dance performance)
English and French Clubs for parents and children (usually for 10 - 20 children aged 3 – 12 years)
once per two months on Saturday
