Resumo: The hosting organization is located in a city which is situated in the South part of Romania. It has a population of approximately 300,000 people of whom 97.48% are ethnic Romanian, 1.5% are Roma and 1% other nationalities. The population is majority Orthodox but there is also a small but ancient Roman Catholic community.

According to the latest statistics, the city occupies the third place in terms of unemployment which contributed to economic decline and a lower standard of living. The city is a university center with many old buildings (churches, houses, palaces, etc.). The members of the community are working in fields like industrial, commercial, educational, medical, etc.

Perfil: - Youngsters between 18 to 30 years, priority will be given for those aged 25 to 30
- Motivated to take part to all EVS stages/activities, especially by the work with children with special needs;
- With few opportunities: economical difficulties (unemployed for more then12 months or from families with incomes lower then 35% of national income/family member or from areas with an unemployment rate higher then 50%), special needs (deaf people/dumb people), leaving in rural area (small villages with few volunteering opportunities);

Tarefas: - To organize and facilitate art workshops (theatre, dance, origami, trash-art etc);
- To provide foreign language classes for this children with special needs;
- To develop and to implement a local campaign that promotes volunteering for the children with health problems in the community and raises the awareness regarding the needs of this children, their families and the centre / hospital
1) Through the website of the projects: local volunteering opportunities; good practice and examples of non-formal methods to be applied in the work with children with health problems;
2) Public events such as: “Forum theatre”; ”; “Flash-mobs”, “Raising awareness exhibition with the objects made in the art workshops”
