the organization organizes about 25 different activities a week and carries a part of the cultural plan of the city with the organization of shows, exhibition and a festival.

The organization is an active member of the network of the other organization
The town is one of French administrative subdivision, it is a semi-urban territory with a popular quarter located in sensitive urban zone. There is a rail railway station, with trains towards Troy in the morning and in the evening.
Itinerary is half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. It is also performed every day by a quizmaster of an association partner of the the organization and several times a week by the manager.

Bar on daybreak is located in the middle of the vineyard champenois.

environment departmental plan:
The network of other organization / the hosting organization, is made up of around thirty associations affiliated to a Departmental Confederation.

The other organization acts on the whole department, with the help of associative structures located both in urban environment and in country environment.

Populations in trouble (social, geographical distance particularly) are in the middle of the concerns of network. In order to do that the other organization is more particularly initiated in collective actions towards the young persons (promotion of local young groups, radio, tournament games). It also leads a politics of support of structures and implementation of their politics youth.

Except his investment in local plan, the young person in EVS, is led to get involved in a collective plan mobilizing several associations and different young persons in EVS, on the scale of the department.

Perfil: Contour of the volunteers:
age: 18 until 30 years old
This plan is based on the collective reception of 5 EVS on the scale of the department and network. It will be necessary to favor mixing of sexes boys-girls within the collective, and to avoid the big age differences to favor the coherence of the group.
It will be preferable that the young persons have centers of interests for arts and culture.

Procedure of selection:

Stage of information.
Information on the intention of the plan of simultaneous reception of 5 EVS during the national convention (Lyons), as part of the seminary of the European partners of the association " contact 2103 ". Once the stage of accomplished accreditation a directed dispatch in associative structures of this network will be accomplished.
Wide information in structures of dispatch and in young persons of other countries via the database of the Agency.

Stage of selection.

Candidacies will be examined with regard to requirements of every local plan by taking into account the motivation of the volunteers in the foible the letter of motivation and of several contacts with the candidates (mail, phone). The collective dimension will so very be present in the stage of selection, to guarantee the coherence of the group of young volunteers.

The centers of personal interests of the young candidate in EVS will be taken into account because they are often the foundation of the development of the personal plan to be led by the volunteer during his service.

Selection will therefore be accomplished in two stages:

A short listing on CV and letter of motivation accomplished at the level of every structure of reception, followed by a catch of contact with the shortlisted young persons (ideally 2 shortlisted candidacies; a girl and a boy).

A second stage uniting 2 - 3 persons of every structure of reception (tutor, manager and a manager), - to give a sense of responsibility to a maximum of local participants in the reception of the young person and a person of the structure coordinator which will guarantee the coherence of the group of young volunteers constituted through enunciated contours (mixing of sexes, consistent ages). This stage will articulate therefore between a level of selection of every structure of reception opposite of local plan, and a coherence of selection at collective level opposite of departmental plan.

The discreet candidate will be informed as quickly as possible. The not discreet candidates will be systematically warned.

We shall be vigilant in what the organism of dispatch is capable of preparing well the young volunteer, and following him regularly during its voluntary service. For it of prior exchanges will have with these organisms to fix the roles of each well.

The organization organizes workshops expression and of communication, the volunteer will therefore be able to participate in these workshops to advance in French. The meeting with the volunteers and with the inhabitants will allow to the volunteer to discover French culture.

departmental Possibilities:
The volunteer is going to register in a team from which job is animation.The network and his professionals will allow him to discover or to deepen the notions of collective action, methodology of plan, development of action towards the others, and to perform tasks of animation and accompaniment of the public young persons, particularly in the field of culture.
The French lessons within an association taught to form persons from other countries and the daily practice of dialogue in French, will be agreed one of the charms for the volunteer. The discovery of France, particularly Troy and its environment, the participation in cultural initiatives of the network of the other organization / the organizationwill be of an interest for its personal enrichment.
The young volunteers will be invited to participate in a forming of type BAFA, to reinforce their animator's role in the implementation of collective plan

The collective accommodation and work on a plan together with other young persons in SVE native to other countries will be source additional enrichments (practice of English, bare of foreign one language, cultural discovery) for the young person in EVS.

The young volunteer will be linked to the cultural plan of the Community centre. It or she will participate in the installation of cultural initiatives, and more precisely, at the time of the reception of company, the volunteer will be loaded, with the accompaniment of the manager of the organization to set up actions to introduce show, so that the public meets the artists of the welcomed company, so that he discovers new artistic practices by playing them.
The purposeful public by this actions will be according to shows: children, teenagers, adults or old persons. This actions will take place, and often in the quarter of Varennes to favour the access to culture for all. It will be also led to work with the social perpendicular bisector of the association.
Collective plan is an artistic plan, it will be therefore in link with the actions of access to the culture which the volunteer will be able to develop, in effect from his practice with the group of volunteer, he will be able to enliven a group in our association.

In The town there is a scholastic city and a secondary school, the volunteer will be able therefore, as part of a partnership with this establishment to introduce plans and European stocks, and importance of agility. It will be also led to promote them as part of the cultural events of the organization.

Reception teenagers of the organization and the leisure centre will also be areas where the volunteer will be able to intervene to the children and to the young persons by playing activities (whose collective plan) to introduce his country and the European opening.
For these actions the volunteer will be accompanied by the manager and the professional’s childhood youth of the Community centre.

With these actions the volunteer will introduce Europe and her stocks to the community.

Finally he will be able if he likes it to be linked to the preparation of the festival of Eurhythmies, multidisciplinary festival for the family which takes place at the end of June.

It will be loaded as part of a collective of 5 young persons in EVS, and in support with the animators of network, to participate in the installation of a departmental collective plan, in the form of a fanfare (batucada), by implicating existent young persons of its structure of reception there (detection, draft, repetition, animation of the group of young persons).
It will share its interest for Europe both to the young persons and to the animators made responsible for accompanying them. That belongs through meetings with the young persons and their animators, that it is through the new tools of communication of network: the radio « Bluntly teenagers », blogs, but also on tools used by riding associations and groups of young persons (Facebook for instance), he will be able to communicate on interest to be young in Europe.
In this setting of intervention on the actions of information, he will be able to emphasize on the different support, possibilities given by Europe to the young persons (voluntary service, exchanges of young persons).

Departmental activities:
>>> BATUCADA:
The young person in EVS, within a collective (5 young persons in EVS) will take part in the installation of an artistic plan, type fanfare percussions on the scale of the department (batucada), implicating young persons of every structure of reception, this collective plan will be the thread of its voluntary service.

During the first stage of 3 months, the young volunteers will participate every week (on Saturday 10 h 30 - 12 - except scholastic vacation), in a workshop percussions batucada of Romilly sur Seine. This workshop will be supervised by a professional musician.
At the same time every volunteer, will mobilize in link with the local animators, of young persons of his structure of reception (5 young persons from 16 to 20 years old), in perspective to participate in this departmental batucada.

In a second stage, every volunteer will enliven with these 5 young persons, a local workshop of percussions, on the basis of studies accomplished during the first months. As part of these local workshops, the professional percussionist will intervene twice, in order to supervisor the work of every group (common rhythmic foundations).

Two periods of collective practice, uniting the young persons of every structures, all the young volunteers and the professional percussionist, will be accomplished during the scholastic vacation of winter and Easter (10 half days in total), to give a rhythmic coherence of group to the collective. During these groupings, the young persons will also have of specific time to construct the summer plan of itinerancy of this batucada.

The first days of scholastic summer vacation, will allow the organization of last time of general repetition, before the realization of the itinerancy of the batucada, under a form which will be defined and constructed by the group of young persons (young persons of local structures and volunteers), with the accompaniment of the permanent animators of local structures (realization of collective plan on the July first half).

>>> OTHER ACTIONS :
Finally, the young person in EVS will be able to be led to participate in other actions and departmental plans implicating young persons (radio bluntly teenagers, meetings and debates on the topic of Europe, animations around games). A particular accent will be put on the involvement of the young volunteers on the radio, which will allow to promote to the listeners and partners developed collective plan, and different actions led by the volunteers during their stay (visibility of plan and simultaneous reception of young volunteers on the department).
This radio is a specific tool of network, in form of a caravan studio travelling, in link with an associative radio which allows us to achieve its frequency regularly.

Local activities:
The volunteer will participate in actions set up as part of the access to culture for all:
- Installation of a group batucada to participate actively in collective plan
- participate in the reception of shows during year : it will participate in the reception of the company by co-organizing meals, places of sleeping arrangements, but also participating in the development of the stage space, in communication before show. The volunteer will make this stain accompanied by the manager of the Community centre who is responsible for the reception of shows.

- Installation of animations before and after show to introduce and discover the artistic work of the company: it will make contact with schools to organize meetings with the artists, small practice discovered by artistic practice. It will organize meetings and instants of animations with the children of the leisure centre. This work will become accompanied by the head of the leisure centre and the manager of the organization.
- accompany persons in living show, by preparing the exit and by having a time of exchange afterwards: With the social perpendicular bisector, it will meet local residents of the Varennes (CUCS), to prepare them for going to see show by introducing the work of the company, accompanying them for a visit of the cinema and he will organize meetings with the artists after show.

The volunteer will introduce plans for the European young persons and the stocks of Europe:
- by intervening in the secondary school and in the secondary school, in partnership with the teachers: To accompany by a professional of the organization, it will meet the teachers of the scholastic City (with whom the organization already has a partnership) to imagine meetings with them to allow their pupils to know the stocks of Europe. These animations will therefore be co-constructed with the teachers.

- by intervening to the children and to the young persons setting up animations around the discovery of Europe: With the team childhood youth of games, the nights will be organized with for themes Europe, with for instance for children: the preparation of meal, the study of songs or for the biggest to favor meeting with European young persons of their age, by leaning on new technologies for instance.

- by intervening in animations offered by the organization, during the demonstrations of the organization, we shall create with the volunteer of panels, animations that we shall be able to be installed during the different demonstrations organized by the organization. These panels will introduce Youth programs in action and stocks of Europe.

For previous both axles, we shall lean on competences acquired by the trainee during the training period BAFA, organized as part of collective reception. We also envisage an accompaniment by the manager and the professionals of the area childhood youth of the organization.

The volunteer will participate, as the other members of the organization, in the life of the organization.

The organization is group of numerous activities, he will be able according to his desires and the available time to participate in the organization or in animation or righteous man as participant in other workshops of the Community centre.

The volunteer will be able, if he likes it to participate in the organization of the festival of Eurhythmies:
- by participating in programming
- by participating in the reception of the group
- by participating according to his desires...
It will participate in meetings, and the volunteers (who will be prepared at its arrival) will offer himto participate in the choices of groups by making proposals or giving his opinion more simply.

Given that it will already have participate in the reception of artists, the volunteers will offer him to participate in the reception of groups by leaning on acquired competences throughout the year; (the festival takes place at the beginning of July).
Finally he will be able to make other proposals to the team of volunteers if he wishes it.
