Resumo: The Fédération acts on the whole department with associative and local structures located both in urban environment and in country environment.

Actions concern particularly the questions of culture and youth questions.

One of the major objectives of the Fédération is the access of all to offered plans.

Populations in trouble (social, geographical distance particularly) are in the middle of the concerns of the association. In order to do that, is more particularly hired in actions towards the young persons: collective plans (promotion of the local young groups, radio, sports raid, tournament of games, young theatre). Besides, the Fédération accompanies the installation of the Juniors associations intended for the young persons from 12 to 18 years old. It also leads a politics of support of structures and animators for the implementation of their politics youth.

The organization works on "intergénérationnelles" actions by helping local structures houses For All.
The organization accompanies actions of parentalité.

The volunteer received in the organization, within the team of the seat, is led to integrate with these plans and particularly to accompany cultural plans.

It will integrate with the work initiated by the organization as part of local festivals (Theatre, music) but also in the plan of promotion of the groups of young holders of a cultural plan (music groups, put together urban cultures, actions plastic arts, etc).

It will also be led to participate in the actions of communication driven with and for the young persons (radio, blogs, exhibitions, etc), and will be in regular contact with the public young person.

Perfil: Candidacies will be examined with regard to requirements of every plan by taking into account competences to be implemented, spotted in the CV as already acquired, or in the letter of motivation, as wished in term of acquisition.

These candidacies will also be examined under the angle of motivation to register in a local plan but with a strong European requirement.

The centers of personal interests of the young candidate in EVS will be taken into account because they are often the foundation of the development of the personal plan to be led by the volunteer during his service.

We wish that this selection is systematically accomplished by a group of persons of the structure of reception to give a sense of responsibility to a maximum of local participants in reception. It is very obvious that the guardian envisaged for EVS must be inserted into this group.

The not discreet candidates will be systematically told. The candidates on already endowed EVS will also be told.

Age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The volunteer is going to register in a team from which job is animation. The association and its professionals will allow him to discover or to deepen the notions of collective action, methodology of plan, development of action towards the others, and to perform tasks of animation and accompaniment of the public young persons, particularly in the field of culture.

The lessons of French within an association taught to form persons from other countries and the daily practice of dialogue in French, will be agreed one of the charms for the volunteer. The discovery of France, particularly Troyes and its environment, the participation in cultural initiatives of the organization and its network will be of an interest for its personal enrichment.

The volunteer will be able to lean on the peculiarity of certain associations of network to deepen his knowledge and his practice in el cultural domain which will underlie its plan for the organization as for its personal plan.

Actions shared with the local animators will be so many instants of discovery and study of a job: animation.

It will be made responsible, as part of the team, with the support of other members of the organization, for participating in the development of cultural initiatives towards the young persons and of every public

It will share its interest for Europe both to the young persons and to the animators made responsible for accompanying them. That belongs through meetings with the young persons and their animators, that it is through the new tools of communication of the organization: the radio Bluntly teenagers, blogs, but also on tools used by riding associations and groups of young persons (Facebook for example), he will be able to communicate on interest to be young in Europe.

In this frame of intervention on the actions of information, he will be able to emphasize on the different support, possibilities were given by Europe to the young persons.

It will participate with the team of the organization in the cultural plans which are developed there (musical festival, young and grown-up meetings of theatre, plans of travelling exhibitions, promotion of the local groups and the young local creators). He will be able to choose plans in which he will want to get involved according to his centers of interest.

The volunteer will be able to, as part of the Festival of Duoes, implement a politics of first part which implicates the local musical groups of young persons. He will be able to accompany the preparation of their benefits by making easier the use of the rooms of repetition of network and presentation of first benefits in the rooms of shows.

The volunteer, as part of work on the young theatre, will be able to assist the animators to allow them to get the young persons of the stage of repetition in rise on stage. He will be able in this title to do a job of bet in network, with the help of the team of the organization, between the groups which are hired in theatric practice.

The volunteer will bring his support to plan radio and in the program " bluntly teenagers ". Preparation of programs ; meetings with the young persons around cultural subjects in link with the animations which it will drive.

It will participate, in the field of culture and in action youth, in the installation of blogs and forum was put in disposition of the teenagers by associations.

It will enliven with the organization of convivial instants around Europe to the young persons (parties, projections, various meetings).

The domain of culture and themes which are developed in the organization will allow the implementation of a personal plan by the volunteer.

The personal plans developed by the young persons in EVS in the organization were of various nature (creation of a game on difference, realization of an Internet site, work around the story leaning on the stocks of PEJA, realization of a game on the knowledge of Europe for example).

A good part of these activities, except preparation and work in group of the team will take place at the hours of freedom of the young persons (on Wednesday, Saturday and the end according to midday and in day during scholastic vacation). Of course 2 days of successive leaves with which on Sundays will be envisaged every week, the length of presence of the volunteer will be of 32 hours a week.
