Resumo: The strategic objectives are represented by:
- Creating the specific infrastructure for the services and programmes for Youth .
- offering a high access to the benefficiaries of the Youth Centre to information, programmes and projects necessary for a harmonious development vs the Romanian society
- developing and diversifying the Youth Actions
- creating and administrating a data basis of the volunteers from Braila
The activities of the Youth Centre are the following:
a) Information and Documentation
b) Consultance and Councelling
c) Non-formal education
d) the development of the associativity and a stimulation of the participation
e) applying sportive and technical methods
f) other activities
Because we are open for every teenager in part, we let them, therefore, the chance to ask for any advice for his activity that will lead to his personal development, to achieve a good socialization and to establish a good relationship between his individual life and the one of the community to which he belongs.
The target group to which we address is formed of teenagers with ages between 14-30 years old from different social environments.
The chart of the organisation is formed of:
- President
- Vicepresident
- Secretary
- Coordinator of the volunteers
- The department public and media relation
- The department of trainers on non-formal education
- The department for respiro and spending free time activities
- The department for european projects
- The department for fundraising
Perfil:
The profile of the volunteer – teenager willing to learn new things and to face the multiculturality. Having the ability to work in team, able to take and to end his responsabilities in the according time, sociable, communicative, active, optimist and eager to turn his abilities into competences.
The selection of the volunteers will be made according to the evaluation of the needs for volunteers inside the association ( project) and this after a very good clarification of the roles that the volunteers wil have inside the project and after making a volunteer profile by the team project depending on the data found in the motivation letter and in the CV. This selection will help us forward to offer and to give in the same time, a necessary thing for the good fulffilment of the suggested activities in the favour of all the beneficiaries.

Tarefas:
Inside the EVS projects, there will be organized different types of activities such as:
Accomodation activities:
going outs in town
sightseeings of the town
Means of transport
Touristic points
Meetings with the people from our community
Knowing the neighbours
Food supply points
Places for spending the free time
The city history
Activities for developing the linguistic competences :
Classes of foreign languages
Role games
Non-formal education activities:
Workshops
Stradal animation
Festivals
Contestants
Debates
Others
The role of the volunteers in the organisation will be of:
Organizing various activities
Helping in organising their own projects
Developing their linguistic abilities
Promoting the values of the organization
Creating activities for changing the mentalities
Being a model for the others
Coordinating various activities
Helping the other volunteers to develop their competences and abilities
Initiating activities for spending the free time
Depending on the types of the projects, the EVS volunteers will have different tasks or specific activities such as :
Organising exhibitions
Organising workshops
Monitoring various activities
Developing independent activities
Making various presentations
Getting to know the countries they come from – euro-vilage
Organising and participating to debates on various topics
Specific traditions and customs
Going outs in the middle of the nature
Implementing non-formal education activities
The volunteers will implement, coordinate and evaluate various activities.
