Perfil: One of the most important aims is the age of volunteers. We would like to receive people on university students age. We don’t need people with specialization in rural entrepreneurship or similar. They need to be open-minded, creative and ready for any action.
Our recruitment process will be based on cover letter and motivation one. Also, the next step is a conversation (on Skype) with person responsible for EVS in our NGO. After defining ours and volunteer’s expectations we will choose.

We would like to cooperate mostly with NGOs which focus their actions on youth, youth rights, self-development, sport, european projects(exchanges, scholarships, cooperation). Also the ones, which work with children in kindergardens or school are invited.

Tarefas: First of all we can offer to our volunteers having fun and getting many skills. Our organization is the one which teaches you how to deal with problems in adult life. Also we are trying to convince and show our members that they are a part of Europe, but not only as audience. They are creating one. Every step, every event or action is one brick in the building of Europe for Youth. We are showing them that it is always worth to do something. Even, when it is a small barbecue, just for friends from your neighbourhood, it makes people feel as community. We can offer the same to our volunteers. We can show them how we work as group of young, creative people. They can also learn a lot about possibilities young farmers have, how it is working in our country.
The role of EVS volunteers in our NGO will be divided into branches like educational, informational and creative one. In every branch volunteers will work with children and young people. By having fun and playing they will learn other people and themselves. Educational one focuses in kindergardens, common-rooms and primary schools. Volunteers will work and play with children by organising theatre activities, music performances, they will play with children, teach them languages – english or national, they will tell stories about their countries and share experience. They will also be in an organisational crew while preparing events and they will be in direct touch with out local leaders. MOST OF WORKPLACES IS LOCATED IN VILLAGES NEAR THE CITY.

The second option is working in information office near our organization. Volunteers will talk and share experience with young people from our city and association. They will also work and take part in preparing projects and events in local NGO center. They will search and distribute information about what interesting youth can do in next days. And also they will work together with our members to create youth NGO support centre. This centre will provide trainings, workshops, seminars, essential and promotial support for youth ngos.
