Resumo: “BE TOLERANT” is an EVS project and will take place in Romania, with the involvement of various teenagers from the community, the, the volunteers of the hosting organization and the EVS volunteers from different countries.
The theme of this project refers to the violence between teenagers, the prevention and the fight against the violence cases between young people.
The objectives of the project:
- raising the awareness degree of the violence
- raising the interest concerning the extracurricular activities.
- raising the awareness of promoting the values of each country which is involved in the project.

Perfil: age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: The volunteers that will participate in the program will be directly involved in the activities of the project, encouraging the mutual understanding between young people in different countries and promoting the tolerance among them, through non-formal and informal education. They will be directly involved in creation and other types of workshops, theater forums, seminars, they will hold courses on their culture, native language and their traditional cuisine, too. Besides, they will also participate at the working visits in high schools and in the Center. They will keep a weekly diary that will be materialized in a summary at the end of the project.

All the project activities as well as the volunteers participation aim to a better understanding among young people, a lower school dropout - continuing the school activity and graduating, to the personal development, raising the awareness regarding the European diversity, the promotion of each country involved in the project and the professional achievement, all of these culminating with a safer, more informed and better prepared society.

The results of the activity shall be compiled in booklets and in a short documentary which will be broadcasted in every partner’s country.
