Resumo: We are an independent, non-commercial, non-profit orientated and with free and public access for everyone to the opportunity of broadcasting. It is the TV with the most freedom of speech and variety of opinions. It offers a platform to different people, especially to those who don’t have a voice in other media because of social, racist, sexist or other kind of discrimination.

Our aim is to encourage civil society, the communication between cultures and generations and the equality of the sexes. In our programme everyone can take part in, so we make a contribution to the freedom of speech in Salzburg. Everyone can represent his/her opinion and turn his/her ideas into reality.

The technical knowledge that is necessary for broadcasting is imparted in workshops. We also offer workshops for school classes or other groups of especially young people. In these workshops they produce their own television transmissions.

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- have technical interest and interest in television
- motivated for creating own inputs for the TV, work independently and be creative
- experience (study, job…) in media or cultural institutions
- Knowledge – on user level - of Macintosh Operating Systems (OS X) is also helpful.

Tarefas: support the staff in tasks such as:
- run errands,
- take care of the office supply,
- take care of the technical devices that can be rented,
- taking care, programming and technical supervision of the automatic play-out software “Tools On Air”
- edit trailers and weekly programm previews (Adobe Premiere & After Effects)
- produce his/her own broadcast. The first contribution to the program will be cultural event tips, which is good for training the technical abilities, the moderation, the journalistic methods and so on. After that she/he will be sent to press conferences and cultural events will produce short reports
