Resumo: Guidelines and projects of the youth council

The City Council will develop the program and will monitor all of the volunteer, although the development of voluntary 'action can be assigned to another municipal department. Intervene from three general objectives:

- Facing the challenges of diversity from the range of activities that promote the exchange and the relationship between young people from different sociological profiles.
- Facilitate the empowerment to ensure equal opportunities and facilitate personal and professional schedules future for young people.
- Consolidation in the associative and encourage youth participation in the collective.

To achieve these objectives are defined the following strategic lines of work (including various projects among which stand out the most important)


Free time, creation and youth culture:
- Music: Bucs musical test. Sample sheet music for musicians young novice. European
Music Day. Specific actions on electronic music: Nit Sonora, DJ's contest. - Promote healthy leisure activities: Lieere Program.
- Specific intervention with young people or immigrants by street workers .

Promotion of health:
- Development of preventive drug or personal advice on health issues: sexuality, affection, food, drugs, etc.

Youth empowerment: information on housing issues and work

Information and guidance Youth:
- Processing of cards or international student and youth hostel ...
- information and personalized advice on education, scholarships, etc.
- Decentralization of youth information in secondary schools of the city.


Associations and Participation:
- Bag of young volunteers, participating in various events and projects of the city, whether in action of the council itself, from NGOs or different entities of the city.
- Hotel of youth organizations which supports infrastructure, material and technical support to youth organizations.
- Technical and material support youth initiatives.
- Call for grants to organizations and youth groups.
- Promotion of international exchanges: with youth groups and youth organizations.
- EVS, as an organization of sending and receiving.

Perfil: age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: 2- Project 2: Solidarity ( deparment of civils rights, cooperation and equality)
Project Description: objective of the project is to create a critical awareness and increase a sense of solidarity and awareness of people in relation to the impoverished peoples and groups.
Main tasks of the project:
• Support various awareness campaigns to international cooperation undertaken by the city in primary schools and secondary schools. Just as those to the general public and those campaigns conducted by NGOs and social organizations of the city.
• Participation in the formation of cO-development groups. It's about creating groups of people migrated and local NGOs to work together.
• Learning in the field of evaluation and monitoring of projects to raise awareness.
• Support for cooperative work - brotherhood
