Resumo: ACTIVITIES FOR VOLUNTEERS: Waste management and occupational therapy. Here the volunteers will have the opportunity to work with people suffering mental disorders, and to participate into the process of social integration. With the supervision of therapists and professionals, the volunteer will learn the techniques and philosophy to make occupational therapy and social integration being a reality. This aspect makes the possibility to change the role of sick person to the role of working person, with all that means for the users. This is a key factor for the users, introducing them into the labor market and promoting the inclusion of people with mental disorder in the society in general, trying also to destroy the barriers actually existing into the labor market for people with mental disorder.
Waste management activity has an schedule from 9:00 to 13:00 every day. Project management and social media: this is the main activity of the association, where youth technicians from the organization work together with the volunteers.

Atelier Trueta as a space dedicated to the repair, reuse and creating all kinds of accessories, clothing and furniture for resale at affordable prices to finance the foundation.

Mentors for job placement: in addition to project management and communication of the association, one of the volunteers will primarily support the labor market integration initiatives for youth at risk of social exclusion.

Promotion of volunteering: A volunteer will focus primarily on strategies to promote volunteering to facilitate the participation of young people in various volunteer projects locally, nationally and internationally.
