Resumo: The planning we are heading to organize for the volunteer will be divided into intern activities from our association but also
meetings and workshops that will be organized with local young people.
The planning of the volunteer will be composed by cultural ,linguistic and exchanges activities.

The volunteer activities will mostly take place in the offices. The volunteer will share a space of work with the cooperation projects manager and we will provide her/him a personal desk, computer and landline phone.

The association's building is spacious and shiny. Our offices are divided into several floors, a dining room is dedicated to lunch breaks and we have a kitchen at our disposal.

Firstly, the volunteer will be assisted on his/her activities but, progressively; this accompaniment will be adapted to his needs and to volunteer questions or desire.
The volunteer will be an integral part of the staff of Réseau en scène Languedoc-Roussillon.

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- interested by the performing arts
- open-minded
- we will give priority to young people who have never or not yet travelled in Europe
- basic french spreaker

Tarefas: - to create a diffusion plan with his mentor, to create a message of communication, to use the database for mailings,
- The volunteer will be able to get acquainted to the logistic organization during these days (stakeholders and public welcoming...)
- participate in the development of meeting’s content.
- will be involved in the development of new projects. Once acquired the main purpose of it, he will be able to:
- put in relationship and network various partners
- make proposals in term of partnerships and projects
- facilitate the communication on projects
- accompany the employee in charge of the projects
- participate in the animation of on-line spaces ( in English, French or other languages), related to European projects.

Condições: language course:
A young French volunteer will propose weekly French language exchange, to give the possibility to the volunteer to improve his/her French skills in a funny way.
