Resumo: The hosting organization is located in a city with 1.3 Million inhabitants that are living in the political and economic centre and most important city.

The cultural value can be also experienced by its many of museums and galleries. The hosting organization is situated in Saburtalo district, the city center. The place is easy accessible from any part of the city (by bus and by underground). Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00. We don not work on weekends and on holidays according to the Labour Code of Georgia. The center owes four store building. The center itself is situated on the first floor. The rest of the floors are rented. In the building there are classes for Georgian Traditional Dances, Songs, etc. Also here are classes for kids.

So, the whole building belongs to children and youth. The Center has 8 regional centers:
- East Georgia
- West Georgia

This gives opportunity to EVS volunteers to visit our regional centers from time to time run some activities. Each regional youth center works from 10:00 – 19:00 in working days. There are three staff members in each center. Main aim of the regional centers is to make youth more active in local community. The center organizes low-budget free time activities for its staff and volunteers, such as lunches together, picnics, excursions, parties and other social activities. We will involve in our social activities EVS volunteers as well to develop the team spirit and to help volunteers to integrate better into the working and local community.

The flat for volunteers will be hired near the office in the city center. As the rent in this part of the city is higher than in suburb, it is possible one flat to be shared with other EVS volunteers, or maybe with the local people. The center will provide volunteers with money for food and with some pocket money as well.

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- strong motivation in doing EVS
- interested in getting information about Georgian (Caucasian) culture, traditions and to get friends, partners in Georgia

Tarefas: We will offer to volunteers suitable working atmosphere. As our staff members have opportunities to retrain periodically, our volunteers also will be involved in this program, also they will have chance to participate in trainings, conferences etc. The scope of the Center activities is very broad. Volunteers will be able to freely choose their working area. They could work on:
- policy making;
- assisting in developing project marketing materials (press releases, booklets, leaflets and etc);
- assisting in planning and implementing of organization PR events;
- planning the organization fundraise activities;
- planning and supporting youth mobilization for flash mob, street actions and other events to raise awareness of the significant issues related to youth e.g. gender, volunteering, active citizenship and etc. ;
- elaborating structure of planning on-line campaign;
- leisure activities;
- assisting in verifying and analyzing the information (reports, data bases, etc.);
- carrying out general typing/photo-copying assignments when presented by the project staff;
- providing assistance to project staff as needed;
Listed activities are just suggestion for the volunteer, because s/he will not be limited with above mentioned activities and for sure there will be the place for the initiatives. Our team often organize campaigns and youth weeks. Georgian language learning process for the EVS volunteers will be the part of their time table. One of our volunteers - perhaps philologist will teach them Georgian language. Our local volunteers will be involved in the mentoring the EVS volunteers, also we will choose one staff member who will be mentors coordinator. For the first period mentor will be the person who will help the EVS volunteer to settle in the new environment, to get to know locals and to support him/her in case of difficulties. The mentor will play the role of mediator in case of conflict. As for the Supervisor, this person acts in cooperation with the volunteer. The supervisor will give tasks to the volunteer and supports the development of the EVS volunteer own projects. The supervisor will be the main person the volunteer refers to within the working environment. Particularly, from the very first period, the supervisor will particularly work closely with the volunteer to provide guidance and support to them. EVS volunteers will be added value for our team.

Usually the volunteers will work 5 days a week and will have 2 consecutive days off. The working hour should be from Monday to Friday, but it’s possible that sometimes the volunteers should make some shifts (because of some special kind of activity during the weekend, for example). In those cases, the volunteers will have one extra day off in the following week. Just to make a clear and practical example, the typical time table of a EVS volunteer involved in fundraising activities in the organization could be as the following:
- planning and organizing fundraising training for the volunteers of the organization;
- meeting with EVS supervisor to discuss planned vs achieved activities and agree on the week plan;
- Georgian Language Course;
- searching the potential donor organizations of the organization;
- analyzing the information;
- arranging meeting with the donors;
- starting writing project proposal with the supervisor;

And a weekly work plan for the volunteer who will be involved in the Promotion of non-formal education through outdoor activities for the internally displaced people (IDPs):
- planning and organizing workshops for the volunteers of the organization - how to organize outdoor activities;
- meeting with EVS supervisor to discuss planned vs achieved activities and agree on the week plan;
- Georgian Language Course;
- search for existing useable games and adapt them if necessary;
- development of new games;
