Resumo: We are realizing an international symposium each year. our Symposium is organized to keep alive the terra cotta tradition in city (both traditional and industrial). Approximately 50-60 assistant students are helping these artists to curve, form and fire the terra cotta sculptures. Also there are social events; there are exhibitions, concerts and contests that take every day.

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- good communication skills
- willing for co-operation
- speaks well English in a communication level
- prepared to live and work in a small village
- show initiative and bringing out his own ideas
- should be responsible, trustful, kindhearted, cheerful, empathic person

Tarefas: 1. Introducing the symposium to the local by opening stands in the city center

7. Preparing a daily Symposium Newsletter
