Resumo: The main aim of our centre is to educate children, youth and adults through drama methods and activities. We offer wide range of activities as different types of theatre and dances in our theatre and dance groups (improvisation, ballet, country dances, African dances, African drums etc.). We offer also the drama sessions for schools and workshops and seminars for teachers, youth workers and other people interested in drama education. During the year we organize or take part in different drama festivals and performances.
Working time at the organization will be 20 hours weekly.

Perfil: Basically we are looking for volunteers who are motivated to work with people and mainly with children and youth. We will appreciate their activity and willingness in proposing their own ideas and projects. This interest and motivation to work particularly in our project is the most important for us regardless the nationality, gender, language knowledge or personal skills.

We will be choosing our volunteers according to their CV and motivation letter in which we will consider mainly the interest within the project he wants to take part in. We are able to accept volunteers with lower opportunities but they have to pass through the same choosing process as the others.
We don't have any preferences for sending organisations.

Tarefas: - Helping with teaching acting at regular rehearsals of our theatre groups
- Assistance to the pedagogue or leading your own workshops (this will be up to deal, we would like our volunteer to take part at the rehearsals from time to time, but it is also possible to take part regularly)
- Participation in the rehearsals of one of the dance/ theatre groups, there is a possibility to assist the performance creation
- Helping with organization of the theatre festivals
- Visiting festivals of amateur theatre in other cities of Czech Republic
- Assistance at the lessons for the schools (2 times a month)
- Occasionally you will assist to the big events for the public we organize during the year (Christmas and Easter workshops, traditional festivals etc.)

Our volunteer will have an opportunity to visit also other courses and lessons we offer.
We will be happy to find new partners abroad and to invent new international projects too.

Our volunteer can take part in other courses open to the public - drum workshop, expression dance, improvisation, drama classes for adults. He or she can also assist to the leaders of theatre groups (for children, youth or adults) or lead his or her own activities and workshops, take part in our theatre-forum. The volunteer can also use all the technical support of our centre (little theatre hall with light and sound techniques, costumes... There is also a possibility to visit the theatre festivals in different parts of Czech Republic or take part in another activities.

3 hours of Czech language course
2 hours of preparation and meetings with coordinator and other volunteers
10 hours for volunteers personal project
