Resumo: The hosting organization is an independent non-governmental umbrella-organisation, which works nationally to extend and protect consumer rights in Latvia, as well as to co-ordinate the work of local and regional consumer groups; internationally by having representation nationally and at EU level.

One of the aims in accordance with the statutes of the organization is to provide educational activities to the consumers and members of the consumer organizations. Therefore EVS vounteer will be involved not only assisting of arrangement of the educational activities but also rise awareness and knowledge of the consumer related topics.

The vounteers is following to the European House planned seminars, work shops and courses related to the consumer interests therefore EVS vounteers will be asked to joint to theses activities (some topics are conducted in english).

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- interest in communication with various people and be patient

Tarefas: - to join planning, drafting and realising projects activities;
- to assist with social monitoring activities as regards various products and services;
-to help with arrangement of various social events like social campaigns, seminars and training courses for consumers and consumer organizations;
-to assist to arrangement of Consumer Day and Europe Day activities.

It is welcome to share culture, values and experience.
