Resumo: "hen our project will involved single volunteers developing a project in Iasi inside of EUROPANET Association we can give to our volunteers guests the opportunity to choose from sharing a three rooms apartment (each of them single in a room) with 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen; having their room in our organization or sitting in host families which will give them all comfort.
When our future projects will involved groups of volunteers which will do their project in "" live-in -community"" (we plan to do a group volunteers project in Moldovita, Suceava and in Slatina Timis, Caras-Severin communities) all volunteers will be hosted in families accommodation in which they will have a correspondent from Romanian volunteers. For volunteers' coming in Iasi, they can get their single room with Internet connection and older computer. They can use washing machine, fridge and shared kitchen too. Our organization head office is in the Iasi city; is located just at 7 minutes by the centre and they can use computer, training space, and logistics from our office. Because of this centred location volunteers will have an easy access to different shops, restaurants, mall-s and other services in the city. Each volunteer will have their preparatory time inside our organization in which they will get used with our volunteers, our location, our office, and our points of work in the community and not in the last part with the ""urgencies"" phone numbers and organizational rules. Each accommodation detail will be discussed before application with applicant volunteer and with the lider of sending organization for being sure that everything will give a sense of comfort and safety security for our guests' volunteers. In the preparation activity (at their sending organization) each volunteer will be informed about all accommodation details, about safety security measures, about traditional customs and Romanian approaches."

Perfil: All volunteers should fulfil certain criteria (depending in each project), which are essential for success of his/her EVS project in our organisation. Volunteer should be a responsible person, communicative, able to meet agreed tasks and schedule. Basic communication languages with volunteers is English (French, German, Italian, Spanish) and is recommended to be able to understand and speak at least basic level of English (French, German, Italian, Spanish). No discrimination based on religious, gender, political involvement believes will be made in selection of our volunteers.

Tarefas: developing social-art projects, activities in our community and with our members community; - developing Youth EVS Departament by individual approach in leading or be part of different small projects, trainings, seminars, marketing, promoting youth policies at local, regional, national and international level; - helping in organizational events, seminars, trainings; - developing new projects with our volunteers and sharing their experience in an intercultural environment; " the activities in which the volunteers could be involved and the activities the volunteers could create in your organisation. Please give examples of typical activities for the volunteers. "Drop-in-centre" is a project developed with Iasi Municipality and with Waldorf school from Iasi. After school hours many kids and youths from a very poor town area are coming in Waldorf school and with teachers and volunteers supervision they are doing (through arts, languages, sport and environment activities) different social projects. In this way all kids and youths are involved in educative activities and they spend their time in a safe environment. -for this project we will search for volunteers (short and long term) able to develop through non-formal games, activities foreign languages, art projects and environment projects. - all volunteers will be involved in planification, implementation and evaluation of these projects. - we have our own plan development but our future volunteers they can develop their own project with our mentors, liders and volunteers. -we are searching for tree different countries volunteers which will come in the same time because we think that this is a good formula for them. They will share their apartment, they can plan individually at their plan and also they can work together for a common project. Group plan activities: "Mystery stories from woods" and "Entrepreneurship through traditions" are group projects developed with institutional partners from Moldovita, Vatra Moldovitei from Suceava. In the first project "Mystery stories from woods" the volunteers from Belgium will enjoy our volunteers from Moldovita in signings tourism pathways, making pictures and doing "Mystery stories" as "sales stories" for tourists ( for tourism development in that area). In the second project volunteers from Belgium and Slovenia will come and develop a group project about "entrepreneurship through tradition". Volunteers they will held practical trainings for Romanian volunteers regarding how their tradition will go to development of communities and in the same time they will be involved in a "plan marketing" at international level for " Paint Eggs National Festival". "Up, up, up and now we grow" is a environment-health project based on informal and educational activities for all Slatina Timis community (from Caransebes), finished with a "Annual Youth Cross for health organized at International level (involving youths from: Belgium, Netherlander, Germany, Ireland). General organizational activities ( Inside of our office) are setting down according to EUROPANET Association needs and volunteer`s willingness individually: - He/she can also organize and lead some basic voluntaries projects (small workshops, etc.) in our department regarding European projects, national similarities and differences, etc; - In cooperation with other partners we organize several exhibition, cultural trips, educative and informal trainings during each year. Proposed Actions: 1) Informative "Youth EVS corner" : wall assistance informations; 2) "EVS International Club" - The volunteer has an opportunity and our support to organize and lead his/her own activity about his/her country, language, culture, food, etc. This activity is usually open to the public, to our community and takes place each time when we have a volunteer or a group of volunteers coming from another country; 3) Irregular organizational activities- to help with organizing and running short-term activities and projects, which includes concerts, exhibitions, tournaments, lectures, free time actions, trips, events and promotion activities;

Condições: Transparent recruitment process: Our projects will be presented on website, our calls for volunteers will be open for all organization and youth open for EVS project, out institution will be an active association at European level through meetings, European lists of discussion, etc. Volunteers can contact us directly or with the help of their sending organisation during whole year. In recruitment process a commission made from 3 adults ( mentors and youth liders) and 4 youths will decide the recruited volunteers who will have their EVS in our organization or abroad.
