Resumo: The objective of the association is to create an environment for the personal and intellectual growth of its volunteers. They will have a committed staff at their disposal that will guide them in their endeavors.

All the activities of the association will have an intercultural emphasis, thus the volunteers will have the opportunity to meet persons with similar interests and work with them in several projects. These projects will be held in various communities, so that the volunteers will be able to discover their customs and traditions.
They will learn to live with people with different mentalities and aspirations and how to organize work in an efficient way, in order to complete a project.

The EVS volunteers will be able to integrate in the local community and also initiate projects on their own. The association will provide both moral and logistic support.

The volunteers have a specific role within the organization. They will have a fixed work schedule with clearly designed tasks. As the association is open and flexible, they will also have the opportunity to participate in other activities, if there is interest.

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: 1.Public campaigns for promoting the reabilitation of:
- fortress
- Historical center and historical buildings

2.Promoting Cultural Events
- promoting events within The State Theatre „Ioan Slavici”
- promoting events within The Cultural Palace
- promoting public events for The County Library
- promoting public events within The Muzeum of History

3. Interactive communication courses in foreign language for the childrens and youth from Foster Care in Ineu city.
