Resumo: The objective of the association is to create an environment for the personal and intellectual growth of its volunteers. They will have a committed staff at their disposal that will guide them in their endeavors.

All the activities of the association will have an intercultural emphasis, thus the volunteers will have the opportunity to meet persons with similar interests and work with them in several projects. These projects will be held in various communities, so that the volunteers will be able to discover their customs and traditions.
They will learn to live with people with different mentalities and aspirations and how to organize work in an efficient way, in order to complete a project.

The EVS volunteers will be able to integrate in the local community and also initiate projects on their own. The association will provide both moral and logistic support.

The volunteers have a specific role within the organization. They will have a fixed work schedule with clearly designed tasks. As the association is open and flexible, they will also have the opportunity to participate in other activities, if there is interest.

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old

Tarefas: A. Activities within the Arad County Volunteering Center
- Hand-made creative workshops: origami, quilling, post cards,
calendars etc.
- Well behaviours and manners workshops (theater method)
- Interactive foreign languages workshops (speaking languages of
the EVS volunteers)
- Models workshops (parks and buildings models from Arad)

B. Promoting Non formal methods/instruments to the parents
- creating a website with good practices for the parents
- creating „ Exchange of experience between parents”events

C. Promoting the involvement of local community in the development of Arad County Volunteering Center.
- promoting local volunteering for the center: organizing spaces development activities (outdoor play grounds and indoor spaces for the local partners of the Center)
- fundraising and donation activities for the Center
