Resumo: The hosting organizations is located in a village with 6.400 inhabitants on a field of 52,29 quadrate km. A basic transforma-tion of the economy structure turned out in the last 20 years. New companies have been settled and so created new places of work. Favoured by land redistribution and village rehabilitation, how-ever also the essential improvement of its infrastructure, took place the transformation from a dreamy healthen village to a modern community with a central-local importance

Perfil: The volunteer should be in particular communicative and not afraid of learning new people. He should have the ability to work in a team. It would be good if she/ he had already experiences in the work with children and young people. Creativity and ideas as well as a particular initiative are needed. Computer knowledge and contact with Internet are helpful.

We cooperate with every sending-organization. Organizations which work with children and young people and have experiences in the work with foreign young people would be useful.

Tarefas: The volunteer is bound into the team, through that he learns the organization of pedagogical target plans and their conversion.

He has an important role as a voluntary employee and will be prepared and accompanied for a responsible activity. The volunteer is looked after through a mentor with whom he comes together to regular meetings during the entire duration of the service. The volun-teer will be supported by the team in order to be integrated into the project, into the country and into the culture. The volunteer is also encouraged, to bring his own ideas, creativity and experiences in the evolution of the project.

His activities lie in particularly in the 3 following fields which can be organized in part and carried out by themselves.
Working times are Tuesday- Saturday in the rule at 15.00-22.00 o'clock
- to plan and shape international activities (Youth meetings)
- to organise socio-cultural projects with young people for example Handball and Football Projects,theater and music projects and also spot events , according to interests, abilitiesof the volunteer and young people
- theater and music events as also sport activities
- Collaboration in the open meeting club and at (for example service and bar services).
- Aid during the fulfillment of other services (for example mailing, advertising campaigns)
- Language course, Cooperation with the team, seminaries
